Welcome to our Apartment Tetuan 49 in Oasis de Capistrano, Nerja!
The apartment is centrally located in the popular Oasis de Capistrano in Nerja, 50 km east of Malaga. (45 mins by car or bus)

Oasis de Capistrano, has a grand beautiful tropical garden which leads many to return year after year.

The apartment is a charming 2 bedroom apartment with room for 5 persons. The apartment is a very spacious apartment of 67 square meters inside and has two newly renovated bathrooms. The apartment has two terraces one for morning sun and one for evening sun, this gives the apartment sun from morning to evening. The apartment is placed higher up in Oasis de Capistrano complex, and have a great view out over the Oasis de Capistrano tropical garden and a nice sea view. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terraces. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a nice spacious livingroom with 32-inch TV and a cozy fireplace.

Nerja is an authentic and charming town with great views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture, and small hidden beaches and cozy mountain villages. The area offers beautiful scenery where you can both hike, bike, climb, dive, etc.. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. There are also excellent golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja!

Two weeks in the sun in Nerja
The property was excellent with two balcanies providing sun and shade throughout the day. Inside the property the facilities were also first class including a large TV which provided UK channels as well as Skye Sports. We had a very enjoyable sray.

The apartment had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and new bathrooms. One small thing I think the deck chairs are in need of replacing soon as they’re quite worn.

Relaxing Capistrano
Lovely location on the Edge of Nerja and Burriana Beach . Short walk to shops , stepper but manageable walk to the beach . Apartment was homely and very well equipped and very clean . Balcony spaces very good . Having toured the town and surrounding area I think we stayed in the nicest area of the resort

An oasis
On the edge of town in a beautiful development with lovely gardens. A few minutes walk to a bus stop into town. Flat was well equipped. Loved the pool area which sadly we only got to twice due to lots of rain. I would stay here again

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, it was really well equipped and felt like a home from home. We loved having two balconies, so we could enjoy sun and shade at different times of day. Also great having two bathrooms which was an added bonus. Very handy having a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. We loved the gardens and being able to walk to the pool, as well as being close to the beach. We had an amazing holiday and would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Lively apartment with great views
Really nice 2 bed apartment with all facilities. Pool area really nice although could imagine in high season could get very busy. The beach although a 15 minute walk very hilly. Bus stop close by with good frequency into town. Would probably hire a car next time to make things a bit easier. Overall though a great sized 2 bed apartment.

Having stayed on the Oasis in various locations for 19 years now we were very disappointed with the stench of raw sewage that filled the apartment. it made for an unwelcoming stay and made sleeping a challenge to say the least! something that we've not experienced before.

Great Apartment / Great Relaxing Break
Just recently returned from Oasis del Capistrano and very much enjoyed our stay. Located at top of complex, well sheltered in green / lush bushes, gave great views down over the sea from balcony. Apartment was lovely,modern with all items you would ever need. Relaxing lounge area, TV and WiFi keeping our daughter happy. The kitchen had everything, to allow us to both cook and also enjoy delights of Nerja plus a BBQ gas grill was a bit of a bonus allowing us to cook outside. The pool was down in central area ( 2 min walk) with a main pool and additional children's pool. clean, life guard and sunbeds available to rent with place to chill out. Close to supermarket (10 min walk) and a short cut down to Burriana beach its a bit steep and dusty although saving 20 min walk round. Note : If you have not been to Nerja before it can be hilly in places so close to the coast, but you cannot get a way from it due to area itself, buts whats wrong with rewarding drink once you get there! The hosts, Fredrik & Ulrika, really friendly and always prompt in answering any questions on the lead up to our stay. We had to move dates around due to flights / times but very accommodating Great place for families or those looking to relax and chill... what more would you want from a holiday

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Wohnung und die Anlage waren super. Alles sehr gepflegt. Zwar etwas weiter vom Schuß, sodass man ins Städtchen oder zum Strand recht ordentlich und etwas anstrengend laufen musste, aber ansonsten alles top!

Härlig vistelse
Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse! Överlag är lägenheten väldigt trevlig och välordnad med ett bra läge i Nerja. Bostadsområdet är väldigt ordnat och välskött med vacker utsikt över havet. Det fanns även gott om parkeringsplatser utanför lägenheten. Det enda minuset var att vi blev lite snopna när vi förstod att snacksbaren vid poolen inte varit i bruk på flera år och att en pågående tvist mellan markägare vid poolområdet gjorde att man var tvungen att ta en omväg för att komma till poolen.

Perfekt lägenhet för familjen
Vår familj alldeles förträffligt under vår vecka här. Nära till bad o restauranger. Promenaderna blir mkt upp o ned. Men alltid med fantastisk utsikt, så det gör inget. Lägenheten kändes lyxig. Bra terrasser som ger sol dygnet runt om man vill. Vill man krypa i lite skugga finns den också att välja. Grymt enkelt att parkera bilen, som alltid stod nära. Vi fick en bra semester utan komplikationer.

The apartment was exactly as described,well furnished and comfortable and amid beautiful gardens BUT the pool bar, restaurant snack bar and shop were all closed and filled with workers renovating and rebuilding ! This meant there were no facilities at all and the nearest supermarket and snack bar were almost half a mile away. The route described to the beach had collapsed and was very dangerous and the safe route was now double the distance and because of the steep route needed a return by taxi which cost about 8euros. The problem we had in the apartment was with ants ! The 2nd bathroom was unusable after dark which was when the ants took over (hundreds) despite our best efforts ! Overall we had a lovely holiday despite these problems.

Wunderbares Appartement
Wir haben die Wohnung zu viert genutzt und waren begeistert. Selten haben wir ein so gut ausgestattetes Appartement gemietet. Alles da was man braucht, zwei wunderschöne Terrassen mit Blick auf‘s Meer, alles perfekt. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt, ein toller, sehr sauberer Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts einen Mietwagen, das ist auch empfehlenswert, der Weg in die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß relativ weit, es gibt einen schönen Naturweg Richtung Strand, der allerdings am Abend unbeleuchtet ist. Danke für diese schöne Zeit.

Fin lägenhet med allt man kan önska. Bra städat, välutrustat kök, nära pool dock med öppettider 10-20. Tvättmaskinen gick sönder men efter kontakt med Fredrik så byttes den ut och redan dagen efter fanns en fungerande på plats, exemplariskt hanterat! Vi är mycket nöjda!

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung hat eine schöne neue Küche, 2 Terassen, die Sonne und Schatten ermöglichen. Guter Gas-Grill auf der Terrasse. Schönes Bad, warmes Wasser kommt schnell und gleichmäßig. Schöner Meerblick und Pool in gepflegtem Garten der Anlage.

Mooi appartement in een mooie omgeving
Volledig ingericht appartement, 2 mooie terrassen, wel een drukke weg aan de achterkant. Maakt deel uit van een mooi complex. Wees alert op het feit dat er (schuin tegenover elkaar) twee nummers 49 zijn. Verhuurder was zeer hulpvaardig.
