48 Tetuan is a lovely pueblo villa boasting an incredible sun terrace, offering sun throughout the day together with a magnificent view of the mountains. For sun worshipers you will be able to watch the sun rise and fall from the privacy of your own terrace. The terrace also boasts a built-in BBQ, allowing you to dine outside in the balmy Spanish evenings. Set in beautiful gardens the main area offers two pools, one being the children pool. For those who feel a little more energetic bole courts are close by and available for use by all guests. Adjacent to the pools is the 'Vanilla' restaurant, which serves excellent food in the evening & by day offers a full range of snacks, meals and drinks. The pueblo villa offers 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin & 1 refurbished bathroom. the comfortably furnished lounge / dining area offers an L-shaped sofa (the seating pulls / extends out to create a bedding area for 1 No Guest), TV/Wi-fi/Internet = Pay as you Go internet TV (period/duration of internet at your discretion), DVD player. Fully equipped refurbished kitchen. The lounge and bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning / heating units, with temperature controlled handsets for all units.

Nerja was originally a small fishing town yet despite the fact that it has grown over the years it has maintained its charm and character. Moreover, Nerja boasts one of the best climates in Europe, regularly experiencing in excess of 320 days of sunshine a year. In addition, the area has an abundance of activities, some within walking distance such as diving, walking, horse riding. Other attractions are little further afield, but easily achievable by car such Gibralter approx 3 hrs (Duty Free shopping / Apes), Granada approx 2 hrs.(Alhambra Palace / Skiing), Nerja Caves 3 km, Marina Del Este 22 km, Nerja Golf approx 20km, Golf at Almunacar approx 22km.

Had a lovely two weeks at 48 Tetuan, very comfortable two bed apartment, kitchen very well equipped with nice wine glasses for a change. The bathroom requires some tlc, pet hate shower curtain

Just loved it!
Great location , all grounds are superbly maintained. Apartment had great outside space and excellently equipped kitchen with some basics and extras which is such a benefit.A couple of things, pillows in 2nd bedroom and bottom sheet probably ready for replacing , but in no way did it detract from our stay. We would definitely recommend and will certainly look to return.

Very nice apartment with all we needed. Good communication with host. You need a car if staying with family so you can get into the town and beach, which we had. Parking nearby good. Nice pool. Quiet peaceful area.

The property was clean and comfortable the air con was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only observation we would like to point out is the instructions for purchasing the TV and internet from Nerja Solutions are not clear and we thought it was expensive. Overall we had a good relaxing holiday👍

Enjoyable place
We really enjoyed our time here. The location isn’t great if the beach or city centre is a priority unless you have a car or enjoy long walks. We had a car and do enjoy long walks so we used both modes of transportation and had no problem with the location. The apartment is very functional and was more than enough space for the two of us, although I think it would work for four as well. We really appreciated the outdoor charcoal grill. We used it every second day. On another topic, I can’t remember when I last encountered such awesome water pressure, it was great. If you get a chance, go for dinner at La Cueva Bar, about a 10 minute walk away. Cool atmosphere and great food. The caves of Nerja are awesome as well.

Ideal holiday rental
We really enjoyed our stay in Oasis de Capistrano. The complex is lovely and really well maintained. The only slight downside is how far from the centre of Nerja it is, a good 25-30 minute walk. This wouldn’t be an issue for a group of adults but smaller kids won’t enjoy the walk. It was also a pity that the kiosk by the pool was closed for the whole stay. There were plenty of guests around all the time we were there and we would have really enjoyed having the facility of being able to buy drinks or ice creams. The apartment itself was ideal for our needs. We had plenty of space and it was bright and comfortable.

Lovely area close to the pool with a lovely path to get there. Very spacious out door space .
Over all lovely , just lacking in cleaning equipment for the final tidy up ie dust pan and brush . Highly recommended for a quiet stay .

Relaxing stay in a beautiful and quiet location
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Nerja and Oasis del Capistrano. We booked this a long time ago and due to Covid restrictions had delayed going but it didn't disappoint. The apartment is exactly as described in a quiet location with a big outdoor terrace and the pool just a short walk from the door. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away (we found the short cut down the off road gravel track which was very convenient) and would recommend the sea kayaking from the beach. The main town is about 20 minutes walk which is worth a visit especially in the evening. We didn't hire a car and visited Granada and Frigiliana on the bus and walked up to the Caves of Nerja (well worth a visit). With young children I think a car would be required if you wanted to explore the area but as a fit and active family of four with an 18 and 15 year old then we were happy to walk. We loved our stay in Nerja and this lovely apartment. Thank you

Another fantastic holiday
Yet again a great stay at this villa in Oasis de Capistrano. Ideally situated within the complex within easy reach of the swimming pool and close to the bus stop as well as having plenty of parking spaces. It is a beautifully furnished property with 2 good sized bedrooms - one double, one twin - and a spacious lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom / shower room is similarly modern and of an equally high standard. There is also a large terrace surrounding the accommodation, ideal for outside eating and sunbathing. We would be very keen to return in the future and we highly recommend the apartment as an ideal holiday destination.

Wonderful apartment
Clean, tidy and well equipped throughout (be sure to bring own beach towels though). Check in/out was very simple with clear instructions prior to arrival. There were some great tips on local activities and beaches which were fabulous. Unfortunately the tv had no signal, which was not resolved during our two week stay, but it was a very welcomed break back to Nerja after thirty two years since our honeymoon.

Brilliant location
This property was in a great location about a 20 minute downhill walk to Burriana beach. The pool area was lovely and it was an added bonus that there was a sweet little bar right next to it. The apartment itself was quite well equipped although some items were a little tired. The air conditioning was very good and the outside space was lovely apart from a cat which kept sleeping on the chair cushions leaving hairs all over them. The supermarket was a 10 minute walk and was very reasonably priced. Overall we would definitely recommend this apartment to other families. There was 2 Adults and 2 children aged 8 & 12.

Fantastic Property and Location
Have stayed several times and particularly love the size of the outdoor space. The property is also continually upgraded so keeps a balance between being both modern and rustic. Oasis de Capistrano is a beautiful complex and is well maintained. Will continue to go back here.

Comfortable enough but untidy and not too clean
Pros : Comfy beds, well equipped with all household necessities, great terrace space. Nice area of Nerja, great communal pool which was nice and quiet out of season. Accommodation was within easy walking distance of two large supermarkets. Cons : Could have been cleaner away from the main areas, and wardrobes and cupboards were stuffed and untidy with random contents. Nice hot shower, although it was over the bath with no slip mat and a white shower curtain (not very practical). For some reason, a single sheet had been put on a double bed, and there was no change of linen or weekly clean, although this is not a problem as we did it ourselves. The instruction folder was falling to bits with random pages missing, the tv instructions took us an age to work out, there was no cd/radio player as stated. There was noise overhead as the occupants seemed to constantly drag furniture over the floor, thankfully not at night. Oasis is a lovely area of Nerja, we have stayed a few times. Communication with the owners was fine, they were easy to reach with questions and the booking was problem free.

A pleasant winter's stay
We've stayed on the Oasis del Capistrano at various properties over last ten years, and found this, our latest stay, to be very comfortable. The villa is adequately equipped and in a quiet area of the estate. The large private terrace was a bonus. And as the weather was unfortunately very bad this winter, we were very glad of the heating units to keep us warm. Plus there were nice little extras such as books, DVDs to keep us entertained during the rainy days. We can recommend this villa for a pleasant stay.

Lovely apartment with great outdoor space
We really enjoyed our stay at Capistrano Oasis, the gardens are lovely to walk through and the pools were great to spend time splashing around in with our 3-year old daughter. The apartment was ideal for us and having the large, sunny outdoor space for meals and relaxing in was a big plus.

Perfect place to stay and to enjoy your vacation, everything provided. Nice sourrounding.
We spend a little over a week in the acomondation. The house was perfect it has everything needed and is in a overall very good condition. The owner is very friendly and answers fast. The Internet was fast enough, the sleeping rooms with enough space to leave your luagge, the kitchen has all what is needed to cook bake and eat. The terrace is very nice and big, the children could safely play outside. The parking in front of the house had always free spots. The urbanisation is a perfect park, the two pools are in good condition and the children and us loved it. We will return.

Une habitation idéale pour une famille endroit calme et bien situé juste à côté d une oasis paisible la piscine est top le personnel de la piscine est très agréable et accueillant La maison est propre bien aménagée il y a tout ce qu’il faut la literie est très correcte dans toutes les chambres La maison est a proximité des plages à pieds ce qui est très appréciable Nous avons vraiment passé d excellente vacances merci beaucoup Seul petit bémol l accès à la wifi et la télé se fait par un site payant Nous recommandons vivement cette région et cette habitation
