Detached house in a small private urbanisation.
Cosy house on two levels with south orientation.
On the ground floor there is an independent and complete kitchen, a toilet, dining room with lounge and access to a large terrace overlooking a communal garden.
On the first floor, we have a bedroom with two single beds and next to it a toilet. And the master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea views.
The urbanisation is surrounded by gardens and has a communal swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from 01/01 to 31/12.
Street with easy parking, being wide and with low traffic.
It is a quiet area, being only 8 minutes by car to get to the centre, walking it takes 20 minutes. There is a local bus stop, just at the entrance of the street.
The nearest beach is Burriana, which is the most commercial and visited beach, with numerous beach bars, bars, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and all kinds of water activities. It takes 5 minutes to drive down.
The village of Maro is 3 kilometres away, where we have the famous Nerja Caves and several beaches of natural beauty.
This property is available to rent for a fixed price per month from October to June inclusive with a minimum stay of 2 months. In this case electricity costs are charged separately (0,40€/kWh). For more information please contact us.

Lovely property
We had a lovely time in this property. It was spacious, clean and with a high standard of fixtures, fittings and utensils. The outdoor area was great for sunbathing and outdoor dining.It is in a nice quiet area of Il Capistrano, but within walking distance to the nearest restaurant. We hired a car to get to the bigger supermarkets and the local beach. A special mention to our host Kathrin who was very friendly,accommodating and helpful . We also loved the pool which was quiet and only shared by a few houses. We shall definitely be returning.
