This lovely town house is part of a small quiet gated community, designed in typical Andalusian style, set in tropical gardens with an outdoor swimming pool. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area with sliding doors to a large, south facing terrace, two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The upstairs bathroom has a large shower area, toilet and hand basin. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. There is a double bed sofa in the living room. Baby equipment is available, cot, high chair etc if required.
Ideal location: The house is located in Bajamar 2, Calle Ramon y Cajal, about 150 metres from the Parador Hotel which is well signposted once you arrive in Nerja. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The property is only a few minutes stroll to the old quarter of the town, which has remained virtually untouched with its narrow streets, leading to the main square and the Balcon de Europa, which is the focal point of the town and where the tourist office can be found. Burriana Beach is approx 5 min walk away, where you will also find a great variety of restaurants and bars.
Entertainment/activities: There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive. The tennis court at the Parador Hotel is open to the public. Paddle courts are also available nearby. The famous ski resort, Sierra Nevada, is only 90 mins drive (125km)
Nerja offers a great selection of local boutiques. There is also a big market every Tuesday. The large shopping centre, El Ingenio, in Velez Malaga has a great selection of shops, restaurants and cinemas and is about 15 minutes drive. Here you can get almost everything, under one roof. Also in Velez Malaga, there is a water park, Aquavelis.
Nerja is Spain's best kept secret. It is an idyllic and peaceful location and a great place to get way from it all. This property is fantastic for families, couples, anyone looking for a quiet area and relaxing environment. You will enjoy your stay here.
