Beautiful Boutique House above Burriana beach Pool 7min stroll to center


Beautiful semi-detached Andalusian house within a small well kept private gated development with shared pool which is seldom busy as most owners are foreign, don’t rent and come out of season.

The house is built over 2 floors. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms (two with King Size beds and the third one with two large single beds) and a large bathroom.
The master bedroom has a terrace / conservatory with stunning sea views and swing chairs!
Downstairs, you can find a shower room, a fully fitted kitchen, dinning / seating room with a large corner sofa, a 48 inch Smart TV along with APPLE TV, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime and Apple music subscriptions plus 150 international TV channels inc BBC all connected to Fibre broadband with speeds up to 300mbs!. Smart speaker also available.
There is a large terrace (with awning) with panoramic sea and mountain views, perfect for sun bathing (until around lunch time - shade in afternoon) and for dinners al fresco.
There is a good size swimming pool and tastefully landscaped comunal areas with sun beds shared between the small community.
The house is perfectly located as it's only 2 - 4 minutes walk from the Burriana Beach (200m) and under 10 minutes flat walk (400-500m) from the busy and lively Centre / Balcon de Europa / Carabeo area, where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

The house was fully renovated few years ago; new bathroom, flooring, air-con, awning, solar water, a new kitchen with modern appliances (NESPRESSO), including an american fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. All furniture and beds are brand new and of a very high standard. The dinning table and kitchen have been designed by us.

The house has wall to wall bi folding doors connecting the lounge and terrace area.

The communal swimming pool is open 1st April to 30 October with the terraces and garden open all year around.

Alamar house
Location was unbelievable, views of the ocean, easy access to the town, the back gate just to the left of the house made the walk into town easy, cutting out cardiac hill, the views were outstanding, we were there in December the location was quiet and clean very well kept. The house is also close to the beach and the bars and restaurants near the beach, loved o’haras for their breakfast. Would highly recommend this accommodation our hosts were always available although we didn’t need to call them as they had provided everything that was needed. We would definitely highly recommend this accommodation.

Fabulous Apartment on Nerja beach
This is a lovely condo apartment steps to the beach in the beach town of Nerja. The place is superbly appointed and the aesthetic is lovely. The patios are spectacular and the morning sunrise divine.

We enjoyed a very relaxed and comfortable stay in this beautiful house. The location is great - it is very near the beach and the centre, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The house is clean and very well equipped. Host was also very easy to communicate with.

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment, very comfortable, well equipped with everything you need. Lovely decor and amazing views from both balconies. Everything you need within walking distance. Lovely area and great for some winter sun. Eva really attentive and quick on all comms throughout. Would recommend and will definitely be returning.

As good as we had hoped it would be... and even better!
Beautiful multi floored unit with a quirky (in a good way) design. Dream balconies with breathtaking views. Steps away from the beach and minutes from a multitude of fine restaurants in "downtown" Nerja. Nice, quiet pool area. Met all our expectations and then some. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Winter Getaway Haven
Ideally situated looking over Burriuana beach, the property is perched midway on a steep hill between the beach and the town centre. It's a 5 minute walk down to the beach and beachside restaurants and a 10/15 minute walk in the town. The property is well maintained and has all the amenities you could wish for and need for your holiday. It is bright and airy and boasts fabulous views. We found it a great getaway for some lovely winter sun. The hosts were always contactable and helpful.

Beautiful!
Wow! What an amazing villa in a wonderful location. The owner was very accommodating allowing us to drop our baggage well before the 4pm check in time. The pictures for this villa do not do it justice! So close to the beach and restaurants too. Very clean with a well appointed kitchen and a nice bottle of wine chilling for us in the fridge! The decor is lovely and fresh and the views are incredible. We wish we had a longer stay in this wonderful location. We will be back!

Lovely apartment, amazing views!
We spent one month in Nerja in this ideally located apartment. It was a three minute walk to the beach and about an eight minute walk into the centre of Nerja. The apartment is equipped with all mod-cons and electronics to make for an enjoyable stay. Internet is super fast and the smart TV offers an array of channels and streaming services. The absolutely best thing about our stay were the incredible sunrises each and every morning. What a way to start your day!

Absolutely killer views, lovely apartment, and amazing hosts! It was everything we needed for our family holiday. We were in Nerja for 4 weeks and the apartment was a terrific "home base" for all of our adventures. It was always wonderful to come back to the beautiful terrace after a long day of sightseeing. Perfect location between Burriana Beach and the center of town. We walked everywhere! Thank you to Eva and Eli, the most amazing, responsive hosts we could have asked for! Amazing house for a holiday
The house is a wow! The view from the balcony just takes your breath away we spent a lot of time there for breakfast mid afternoon drinks and evening drinks after our meals out. We also decorated it for a surprise engagement for my daughter. There was a cot and high chair for our 14 month old and plenty of room for us all to enjoy. There is everything you could need.for a family holiday and the house is beautifully furnished and perfectly located close to both the beach and a short walk into town There are lots of steps especially down to the pool which was lovely after a day at the beach’s and rarely more than a couple of others using it. Eli and Eva were so helpful and provided plenty of information for their beautiful house and we can’t wait to return next year. We have been visiting Nerja for many years and I have stayed at the Parador but the views and peace and quiet at this lovely house cannot be beaten. Jude Mason

Everything you need for a great Nerja stay
We were in the area for a family destination wedding...villa allowed us to relax for 5 days in a such a lovely, comfortable space with beautiful sunrises, 5 minute walk to the beach, lovely pool, fully equipped kitchen...between all the wedding events nearby. Hosts had gifted us a lovely bottle of wine, condiments, milk and coffee, tea and sugar to get us started! We will be back! Nerja is a lovely beach town, just the right size for a relaxing family holiday.

A wonderful house in a lovely area
We stayed at this property for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The house itself has a wonderful beach house vibe, was clean, and had spectacular views of the ocean from two decks. One on the main floor and one outside of the master bedroom on the second floor. The owners were quick to respond and assist with any question we had. I would definitely recommend staying here for couples looking for more space or families with kids.

Superb villa in great location
Eli was a perfect host for our stay, she stayed in communication with us throughout our holiday and if there was any problems she was prepared to help out. The Villa is of great quality and the view from its balcony over looking the beach was just prefect. The bedrooms all had air conditioning and shutters to keep the room temperature down. The villa was equipped with everything you might need for cooking. Overall the villa was really clean and comfortable. It was in great location between town and the beach. We look forward to returning for another holiday here.

Wonderful House...fab location...a very happy holiday
The house is really lovely with the addition of some unusual décor that we loved - especially the table! Lots of space for all of us (6) and all the amenities within that you would need. really nice pool too. The location is brilliant and you can be on the beach within 5 mins! Town is also just a short walk away. Communication with the host was fantastic and very responsive to any messages we sent. We absolutely loved our stay and will most definitely be back! Wonderful Apartment!
The property was outstanding in every way. We especially enjoyed the beautiful patio space with an incredible view of the beach and mountains. The beds were comfy and the location was excellent.
