Disgusting, disgraceful DO NOT STAY THERE
Disgusting - specifically asked for a ground floor room as we had a dog, in check-in asked the staff to confirm our room was ground floor and we were told it was ( check in was at an office in Nerja, not at the actual apartment ) we were told it was, on arrival it was first floor - dirty, mouldy, inside and out, no utensils, dangerous toilet - I could go on and on with my complaints - we phoned the office when we arrived and found we were first floor and the woman was BEYOND rude, swearing to her colleague about us in Spanish, and I mean really swearing, then coming back to my husband and he told her in perfect Spanish that he understood everything she had just said ( we've lived here 11 years and are fluent - it was her choice to speak English ) the whole experience of this place was diabolical - DO NOT STAY THERE

Nada recomendable.
El apartamento estaba sucio, todo el menaje de la cocina también. En el baño la luz principal no funcionaba, sólo la del lavabo,muy descuidado todo. Pero lo peor la cama, súper incómoda y con unas manchas en el cubrecolchon... Para no repetir nunca. Estuvimos a punto de irnos en la primera noche. Además es de una inmobiliaria, y no habia donde quejarse, no había recepción como tal.

Me aseguraron que la habitación que habia elegido era la de la foto, donde aparecia un balcon con vistas al mar, para nuestra sorpresa no fue asi, fue con vistas a la piscina lo cual no nos disgusto pero si nos lo hubieran avisado antes, ya que si no hubieramos reservado en otro hotel que ya habiamos visto. Ademas no hice caso de algunos comentarios de la pagina refiriendose al estado del apartamento, en concreto de la limpieza pero eran reales. La limpieza deja mucho que desear sobre todo la del baño, el wc estaba super sucio de no haber visto ningun producro de desinfeccion ni un buen meneo de escobilla en muchos muchos años y la escobilla estaba en un estado lamentable. Creo que deberian de ponerse manos a la obra en cuanto a la gestion de la limpieza en estos apartamentos porque es una pena porque son bonitos y estan bien situados.

El apartamento nada cómodo camas solo con sabana bajera y una colcha colchones viejos el aire acondicionado le tenías que estar dando de noche cada dos horas porque se paraba la limpieza escasa las vistas malas no lo siguiente nuestro balcón tenía un árbol justo delante solo veíamos eso un árbol las camas muy chicas y encima a las 10 de la mañana tienes que estar afuera y ya el colmo de los colmos tenías que ir a.por las llaves y luego llevarlas a otro lado a 10 minutos en coche yo desde luego no volveré a ese apartamento

No a la Inmobiliaria!
Empezando por la Inmobiliaria Canovas no te entrega la llave hasta las 16:00 y la tienes que entregar astes de la 10 :00 de la mañana,pagas un día de más y pierdes el dinero. Reserve para 2 Adultos y dos niños de 12 y 14 años, me moleste en llamar para pedi una cama supletoria, y después me encontré con un apartamento privado con dos sofas en el comedor,una lavadora que no se podía enchufar, ... en fin ! No me ha gustado nada!!. No volvería!

Solo cercanía a playa y limpieza
Lo único bueno del alojamiento es que la playa está nada más salir por la puerta y la limpieza. Lo demás deja todo que desear ya que la puerta de entrada está muy mal y teníamos que entrasen,los grifos en mal estado,piso muy viejo,sin aire acondicionado,toallas viejas,un solo rollo de papel higiénico para 4 días.... Dejo mucho que desear. CONSEJO: CON SOLO 300 euros en arreglos podría darle al piso un cambio adsequible.

Vacacines con camas un poco cutres
El apartamento está bien de grande pero el sofá cama es horribles mis hijas no podían dormir de malo que era , las camas regular , con sábanas muy pasadas y las almohadas igual de mal, en fin de lo único que puedo hablar bien es de lo cerca que está la playa , el apartamento no lo aconsejo.
