"The hotel is really good and food is excellent. The staff is cooperative . One note be very specific regarding room cleaning , you want or not. As I informed the team at reception no room cleaning required but still when we came back from imagica , room was cleaned. Imagicaa is walking distance and hotel is amazing. Fun part cartoon imagicaa performances at the restaurant keep up the feel of the place. "

"Although I paid for continental breakfast, they did not serve it. Their breakfast start late at 9:30. Even after requesting for early breakfast they didn't start it. Staff behaviour was rude and they never adjust."

" We stayed there for 6 nights, Since we were travelling with patient to consult in TMC, We informed GM about the same. Hotel was so supportive in terms of providing clean & hygienic room and fresh food as requested for the patient throughout the stay. The restaurant team (Faizan and Suraj), Front office team (Jitesh and Zaid) and Housekeeping team has help in all possible way during our stay. Thanks a lot GM Sir along with restaurant, front office and housekeeping team for providing all the support and much needed help."
