"Wonderful stone house with a beautigul garden. You'll find everything you need since house is well equipped. Clean bedclothes and towels. Air conditionnig and wifi working vey well. House and garden gives you shade to rest after a day on the beach. The parking space with a gate on the property. 10-15 minutes walking to the seaside with beaches, shops and restaurants. Owners are extremly friendly and helpful.And Pelion is so beautiful place. This was one of the best holidays ever "

"After a bit of confusion locating the villa, we were met by our host with a very big welcome. We were shown around the villa and given contact details in case of any problems. Overall the villa met our expectations and we hada very nice and relaxing stay. Our host checked in regularly with us, and even made us some unexpected treats. "The location of the villa is truly outstanding with dramatic views of the town, bays, islands and runway. Although the weather wasn't the best we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. I'm sure we will be back here in the future."

"The cottage itself was amazing with stunning views and a traditional vibe. Cottage Manager Evie is an amazing lady. She guided me well with all the details of getting to the cottage. She even helped us with our luggage, suggested all the places to go to nearby and also guided us on our onward journey. She is extremely helpful and very friendly! "Lovely home, all amenities you could need, very helpful and responsive hosts, and in a perfect location… within east walking distance of everything in Skiathos Town, near a bus stop, and also with a bit of privacy off of the main drag. "Great rustic charm and unique setting that felt like a small castle. Dimitris is always communicating to questions and fully keeps you informed before arriving. Lots of rooms with great artwork. But the patios and the views are the showstopper. And the village is the best in the whole region."

"What a find! Perfect peaceful location right on the water with simple but excellent restaurants in a very short walk. Apartment itself was great - 2 ensuite bedrooms with a 3rd if needed. Well equipped kitchen and lovely sitting area right by the sea. Host was friendly and responsive"

"Well equipped apartments in a beautiful and tranquil setting amongst the trees & overlooking the sea. We had a wonderful week here, it is in a great location close to beaches, restaurants and bus stop etc The apartments and the pool area are kept extremely clean. We were so well looked after by the owners and really didn't want to leave. We will be back !"

"We booked this property for end of September 2024 based on the reviews we read and we liked the look of the pool area. We was not disappointed. The staff were excellent and every request was met with a speedy response and the hotel was very clean. The pool was great with stunning views. However, to have these views you have to be prepared to climb some hills. Yes it was hard work but well worth the effort as the view is simply beautiful. It was around a10min walk into Skiathos town which is easy as downhill and about 5mins to the small beach with its lovely Tavernas. In the evenings we would get a taxi back from the town which cost around 10 euros from the harbour. We had breakfast included and it was basic and was served in the breakfast room. Coffee was great. The pool bar was limited but reasonably priced. Food was great offering a fantastic Thai menu and the usual salads, burgers and snacks you would expect. In summery, this was great value and very relaxing. We will definitely be returning and special thanks to the team for looking after us so well. "

"Fantastic stay at Elivi. Facilities were fantastic and the hotel grounds are stunning. Impeccable buggy service around the grounds. Upgraded when we arrived and had our own pool. The restaurants were great, only negative was that the restaurants were very empty for dinner but that was more because it was end of season. Only criticism was that the bars by the beaches closed at 6pm and we wanted to sit with a drink and watch the sunset but no bars open. Again, think this is different in peak times. Overall, fabulous stay. A little expensive but fully worth it for pure luxury and relaxation. "
