"We had the attic apartment & even though I was annoyed that we didn’t have the room that was pictured on the photos on Expedia it was still lovely. Walkable to all that Prague has to offer , restaurants nearby & supermarket just round the corner. Communication via email isn’t good but we arrived at 11am so went to the main reception 5mins from the apartments to see if we could check in early, although we couldn’t there is a room with security so felt very safe for luggage.check in was very easy...

"Apartment was spotless, but it’s almost impossible to locate. You arrive at the location and there is ZERO signage to tell you which building it is. The doormen on the strip club next door saw me looking confused and they guided me in the right direction. Although Wenceslas square is pretty, within 5 minutes of leaving the apartment at 21:30 I was approached by 3 street hookers, and 2 men trying to sell drugs. "The apartment was really cool! Very spacious and stylishly decorated. The communication was very smooth. I asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, and when I came back, they not only delivered the bedding but they made the bed. The bathroom needs a little fixing but we enjoyed our stay and felt safe."

"The apartment we rented was huge and well appointed. We also loved the neighborhood and convenience of getting around the city on foot. However, we would have had a BIG problem if there wasn’t a sister hotel nearby with a front desk. I did not receive the email with the door code before I arrived, so they saved the day with that. Also, there is nowhere to store bags in the building we stayed, so thankfully the hotel helped with that also. I’d love to stay in the same apartment again, but...
