Property is well-located, being close to airport and close to Tahunanui. There are a number of eating places in close proxmity. It is located on a main road, which carries a lot of traffic and it can be noisy.

We loved the calm holiday feel Tuscany Motel gave. Very welcoming owners and top service. I would go back anytime. Birds chirping, the beach in walking distance and a patio for every room for you to enjoy warm nights or early mornings.

We booked this as it was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight. We had a lovely meal just down the road that we could easily walk to. The motel itself is clean and the staff were friendly however it was noisey from the tracks going past, it was very hot and there is no way to cool the room down apart from to open windows however not ideal because of the noise. The internet was shocking and there were only very basic things in the room, such as no shower cap, I thought this was a basic that you get anywhere. The shower had a great rain head but the water goes everywhere.
