Christmas holiday 2022
We rented this property as a base in which to visit friends and family over the festive period. We cooked Christmas dinner and entertained family throughout the week. The property is tastefully decorated, comfortable and is a perfect retreat if you are looking for peace and quiet. The village of Barley is approximately a 15-20 minute walk away, there’s a couple of welcoming inns in which to dine or just enjoy a drink. There’s information on walking in the countryside and the cottage is virtually at the foot of Pendle Hill, making walking easy to the pathways to the top. We would definitely consider staying here in the future.
