"Enjoyed the stay here however there were a few things that could be improved; - the tv remote stopped working all together which was inconvenience - basic amenities like handsoap in the kitchen could have been included - the front reception staff at the time of check in was very rude without reason Overall had a nice time away with family but there is some room for improvement"

"Great position near a park and a few minutes walk to shops and marina. Each room has a small balcony off a sliding door. All usual motel room features. While were there reception wasn't open. We received an advanced text with room code. Daily room service provided. Just be aware the driveway to the carpark under the rooms is quite steep so take it very slowly if you drive a car. SUV type vehicle would be OK."

"Roomy self-contained accommodation, loft bedroom, downstairs living, kitchenette, individual interior decoration. Really practical, comfortable. Great views across Port Stephens, close to shops. You need a car. Have to pick up key at different location. Good value for money. "
