The Neighborhood:
As the largest town in the Port Stephens region, Nelson Bay is a vibrant and lively seaside escape for families and tourists alike. With plenty of fun activities and experiences on offer, including dolphin watching cruises departing from the Marina all year-round and whale watching cruises from May to November.

Cycling the Bartlett bikeway is a fantastic way to explore the stunning waterfront, stretching for 5 kilometres and finishing up near the heritage-listed Nelson Head lighthouse, built in 1875.

Just a 2.5 hour drive north from Sydney and 34 kilometres from Newcastle Airport, Nelson Bay is an absolute must-do when it comes to seaside escapes.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests travelling to Nelson Bay have access to a vehicle for their convenience. There are two undercover parking spots on the premises.

TV - There is a minor visual issue with the TV, with a line present at the top of the screen. However, this does not impact the functionality of the TV, and it continues to operate as intended.

Coffee Machine - The coffee machine present in the kitchen photos is no longer available.

Safety: This property has a shared and a private balcony.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
