New property, some advertised facilities are not available - No spa, airport shuttle as advertised . Rooms were nice size and rustic to go with natural reserve theme .They have some issues with drainage , Bathrooms were smelly , very offputting . " EXCELLENT HOTEL. The service/desk was amazing. They catered to all our needs. The bed was sooo comfortable. INCREDIBLE breakfast. The location was in the most active and fun part of Pereria, bustling with people and shops and energy...yet it was very quiet at night. The lady at desk allowed us to keep our luggage at desk until late afternoon while we took a tour. Extremely clean/nice.
