"Necesitan ayuda con las maletas ,sobre todo con las personas mayores y deberian revisar que hay turistas de us y canada que no necesitamos dormir con la ventana abierta con las ventanas aviertas porque alguien considera que hay frio ,esa es ipcion del turista que paga por el servicio , y si es mas gasto energetico cobrenlo y que cada cual acepte o no Son personas muy amables "

"We were visiting our son who had just moved near the hotel in Spain. It was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been in. The history and architecture were striking. The restaurant was delicious and kind to hungry Americans. It’s easily walkable to all Burgos de Osma has to offer including the Main Street and castle. The springs under the hotel were a treat! "The staff was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. We had a very early train on our last day and they took the time to prepare a part of breakfast and coffee and tea for us before breakfast was available. Our time here was so relaxing. "

"Check in was excellent. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Room was good but the bathroom was a weird design. Breakfast was ok. Service was good and very friendly. Hotel was well situated. Plenty of parking behind but you have to navigate some one way streets. You can walk into town in about 15 minutes downhill. 20 minutes back up."
