"Beautiful home; even nicer than photos. Great views from both floors (including from the very well-stocked kitchen). It's a short walk from the house to beach access and the cute cafés in town. Spacious deck that we enjoyed even on our winter visit. The hot tub was nice; the gazebo over the tub does a great job of protecting from wind/weather and is open on two sides (one with view of ocean); consider spraying the immovable panel facing the ocean for a clearer view through the pane as well. "It is perfectly located. My dad is 88 and walking on the beach is no longer an option for him, but to be able to sit in the sunroom that overlooks the beach was perfect for him. It's a warm and cozy home with plenty of space for a large family. The kitchen was well stocked; just bring your food.Would be a great location if you had littles as well.
