"This was my first trip to Venice and the Hotel Cavalletto e Doge Orseolo was a great location for us to explore Venice from. Like most structures in Venice this obviously is an older building, but it is very well maintained and updated. They also had a very good full breakfast buffet included with the room. My only complaint was there was no hot water on our first morning, but they fixed that as soon as we notified them."

"This property was not what we expected but really grew to enjoy it. We’d had a few travel issues and had finally figured things out! The hotel is from the 1800’s and since the 1950’s it was bought and run by a family. Front desk staff was awesome, shout out to Alberto for being the jack of all trades! "The apartman is very good it was perfect for my family. we had only one problem when we arrived, can't check in because the cleaning company not started the cleaning of the apartman. we had to wait 3 hours after the 7 hours trip from Hungary with 3 children. Except this everything was fine. The beach is beautifull and the place of the apartman also. Emanuel was helpfull and very good host. We loved the big balcony door if opened the whole livingroom looks like a large balcony with see view."
