Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Booked a hotel that doesn't exist.
At the time of my booking, this hotel was not actually completed. I went to the address indicated, only to find that there's no sign or evidence of any hostel at all. I called the number provided on my booking, to find that it linked to a hotel under the same owner several miles away. While they honored my booking, I really would have expected a refund or more from them.
