hotel accommodation
The hotel was not 24hr check in, has to wait 25 minutes we could get in, no ac in the room, staff not particularly helpful in providing information on travelling to other destinations.

Kommunikation ist alles
Leider hat der Check-in mit dem sehr netten Team nicht geklappt da ihr Boss die Buchungsinfos nicht weitergegeben hat. Folglich sind alle gebuchten Specials (Welcome Drink, Flughafen-Shutttle, e.g.) auf der Strecke geblieben. Das Team hat mehrfach versucht den Manager zu erreichen aber leider ohne Erfolg. Die netten beiden Angestellten konnten nichts dafür. Das Zimmer war sauber allerdings machten sowohl die Fenster als auch die Einrichtung einen eher runtergekommenen Eindruck. Die Matratze war ca 5cm dick und hatte wenig mit Komfort zutun. Eine Bettdecke oder eine Abstellmöglichkeit für das Gepäck gab es leider nicht. Positiv war lediglich die gut funktionierende Klima Anlage.
