Find All-inclusive Hotel in Negev Desert

"The hotel is very beautiful, with an excellent breakfast and a very attentive staff. The lobby is impressively designed, and the pool is spacious, heated, and luxurious. However, the room we received in the southern wing did not meet the expected standard for a hotel of this level. The bed was uncomfortable, the balcony window would not lock, leaving the room open most of the time, the electrical sockets were falling apart, and overall, the room was old and not up to the hotel's standard. "

"it doesn't look much upon entry but this is one of the best Hotels we've stayed in. the staff are friendly and do their best to help. the pools are fabulous. breakfast is unbelievable, and the rooms have a wonderful sea and pool view. The terrace room - which is understandabley more expensive - has the most wonderful and huge balcony with table and chairs, loungers and sun shade."

After hours of requesting a replacement for the sunken mattress, it was swapped for one that was hard and broken. I ended up sleeping on the sofa for two nights to avoid going through the hassle again. Aside from that, everything else was excellent"
