The Space:
Rose Hill by Tiny Away is located in the tranquil town of Neerim South, West Gippsland. Only 9 minutes from the town of Jindivick and close to attractions like Brandy Creek Winery, Middels restaurant, and Civic Park, which is a pet-friendly environment.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and main shed.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host's permission
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Keep in mind that we have two large dogs restricted to the house yard that occasionally bark
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Important note:
- Please advise that we have electric fences installed on the property
- Please dispose of your trashes properly when you leave the tiny house
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines so we can help protect the environment
- Please report any damages or breakages inside or outside the property 24 hours before your departure
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
