3 Bedrooms Upstairs: Primary suite w/King Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed & private en-suite w/large walk-in shower. 2 additional bedrooms w/queen beds and full bathroom and laundry room.

First Floor: Boasts Chef's kitchen with large island (seating for 4), Viking cooktop, double ovens, granite countertops. Open concept to dining area (table seats 6-8 people) and Living area (2 couches and 2 chairs; 65" smart TV; fireplace). Sound system is an audiophile's dream; Rotel separates sound system with matching Bowers & Wilkins 800 series Diamond speakers for complete surround system.

Nicely finished lower level offers 1 private bedroom w/full size bed. Additional queen size murphy bed in recreation area with full bathroom, card/poker game table, Infared sauna and 65" tv lounge area (2 couches). Enjoy the entertainment sound through a 200-watt system with double subs and Paradigm large center channel and tower speakers with wall surround.

Outdoors: Backyard offers large deck with seating for 8; BullFrog 7 person hot tub; bonfire pit (seating for 8) and plenty of wood. Outdoor sound systems (Polk audio speakers). Home sits on 1 acre lot with creek and trees dividing us from back neighbors. Yard is nicely landscaped.

Garage: 1200 sq ft heated space for cars; area for smoking and 42" Smart TV.

Parking: 3 stall wide with parking for multiple vehicles. Outdoor sound system with Polk audio powered by Rotel system. .

Emergency Generator on site with separate electrical panel in case of power outage.
