"The location was perfect. The hosts Joe & Maggie were so very kind. The space was just perfect and so well appointed---- I even had a little Christmas tree! I had everything I need and a wonderful view. Because I was in the process of relocating my car was full, so the safety of the very private neighborhood was an absolute godsend! "This VRBO is so convenient to TIEC! Less than 10 minutes away! While we came in late most nights and left early every morning, it had everything we needed for the nights we were there- lots of room, nice shower & all the necessities!! We didn’t get to spend anytime outside enjoying the yard & River but we made s’mores in the microwave with the care package left for us!! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Glenda, the proprietor, was very friendly and helpful. She is one of the hardest working women I have ever met. Our accommodations were clean and quiet. "Overall stay was decent. Check in process was a little confusing, as you had to drive to one location to check in, and then another to get access to the resort, then another to the actual house. The house itself was a little dated, stairs going down were rotted & loose, so definitely a safety issue and the overall cleanliness just felt off. We knew all this going on, and for the price, it was totally worth it with the amenities the place has to offer. We will definitely be back, just maybe...
