"To start with the (only a few) positives: - The property manager was forthcoming and friendly. - Location of the property is ok: Elafonisos is 10 minutes by car + 10 minutes by ferry away; Kastania cave, Petrified forest and Monemvasia are all 30-40 minutes away. The nearest town, Neapoli, is 5 mins away (all by car). However, the neighbourhood itself is less than scenic, a dirt coastal road leads you to the property. Nowhere to go on foot. "It was ok, smaller than expected in pictures. Broken drawers in bathroom, no cold water in bathroom sink, the balcony was the best thing going for it."

"This is a nice property in Monemvasia but we did experience a few problems. The electricity went out multiple times and we were initially asked to work around their schedule for check-in time. Communication with the management was unpleasant and some untruths were told by them. Not sure whether this was an isolated event or a pattern. Perhaps others will have a better experience than we did. Nice looking property though."
