The balcony was sunny and pleasant but overlooked a busy road with associated traffic noise. We hadn't realised it was more than walking distance (for us!) to amenities so it was necessary to drive everywhere. For that reason alone we are unlikely to return but it is a good base for touring the locality."

"We stayed in October and it was just hot enough to enjoy the pool and lying about in the crisp but warm mountain air. Property is sweet and check in caring. Space feels like a home rather than business, with generous touches of cheese and tomatoes to welcome us. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Bed was a little hard after 4 nights. "We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful hotel complex. It's a very special place in a lovely village close to the wonderful old town of Rethymno. Manolis and Felicia could not do enough for us. "We arrived at the villa and were met by Stratos and his wife who were both very welcoming. The villa was stunning and suited our large group. The wrap around terrace at the top of the villa with table, chairs and loungers was the perfect place to eat and watch the sunset.
