"The property is beautiful. There is an expansive yard right on the water with a small beach. It is cozy place with two bedrooms on separate floors. Each bedroom has a bath (one full; one powder room). The kitchen is well-appointed. The furnishings are modern and new. "

"It is clear an interior decorator had a hand in the decor. In addition, the place was fitted with a lot of fun things and it was very clean. For families there are videos, games and other things to do on a rainy day as well as books for reading for adults. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with our pupper and enjoyed our time to just unwind and relax. As we were there for just a few days we wouls say a nearby icecream shop and a nearby breakfast place topped our list... not enough...

"We had a restful and relaxing stay. The home seemed professionally decorated with beautiful touches throughout. The place didn't lack anything, from soaps, shampoo, paper products and towels, they thought of everything which is nice to not have any surprises. I would definitely recommend this place."

"The house was as described and pictured - the home was spacious and had lots of cookware to use. The home was clean, but dusty, and the beds were comfortable. The shared community lake access, playground, and tables are across the cul de sac, very close! Outside yard/furnishings could been a little more. The reason for 4 stars was the smell of the home was overwhelmingly musty, like mold/mildew, and the oven was from the 1960s and basically unusable. All other appliances were great and when we...

"Rented Austin’s place for myself and four friends for our 20th Kalamazoo College reunion. The home is beautiful! The front reading room gets beautiful sunlight, and the house is warm and cozy throughout, even though it’s so spacious. We especially loved winding down on the back porch, and using the hot tub. We’ll look forward to renting Austin’s place again for our 25th!"

"The property was clean providing everything we needed, clean linens, full kitchen needs, clean bathrooms, comfortable temperature control and professional communications (when needed) with property management. There were only two minor complaints, outdoor fire pit (propane) was not working and there were some small ants in the kitchen, but not a lot. "

"My husband and I were joined by our children and 4 grandkids. It was a hot weekend to be enjoyed in the water, fishing, swimming, paddleboarding and eagle sighting. We were wishing we had our pontoon boat with us to get out to see the entire lake. Even though your neighbors were very close it was overall quite quiet! Our check in was our only glitch. My advise to others is to open your email "Access your rental" prior to arrival to make sure the key entry code and information needed to enter the...

"Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time."
