"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. Room and facility features and services were as advertised and as expected, consistent with the other HI hostels where I have stayed. "I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing retreat. The amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and dining options, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options.
