"AMAZING! My daughters and I came for a girls trip and are so glad we found this place! The location is awesome as far as being close to any and all things, right up the hill from Red Hook and close to the car barge so you can island hop! The local beach and restaurants were great! It is a god bit of walking to get there but that’s to be expected on the island! Alice was thorough and a great host, gave us all the information and insight! The rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and complimentary beach chairs and floats! The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and overall we had a great stay! Thanks Alice! "

"As a family of 6 we appreciated: the layout providing privacy, gorgeous view, fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, plenty of parking for 2 cars, comfortable spaces to sit inside and outside, decor and furnishings are current and nicely done, and it's very clean. It's situated above a street but I'll take the vehicle noise vs long drives from homes up the hills for easy and quicker access to the beaches."

"2 retired couples getting out of winter weather for 2 weeks. Loved the condo and especially the location-steps from the pool, beach bar, fish market restaurant. So easy to move in with luggage and groceries-zero steps ( up or down) from the parking area to unit. Views from 3 balconies absolutely beautiful. Kitchen was crazy well equipped. Highly recommend!"

"The photos do not do this place justice. Perfect villa for two couples! There is enough separation for privacy but beautiful shared spaces to enjoy together. The bay itself is gorgeous. Our meal at the onsite restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market was our best meal of the week….and we paid alot more at other places in Red Hook. Holly really looked after us during our stay. Extremely responsive and she made sure we knew about a tsunami alert.and when it was cancelled."
