Lacked the charm and quaintness of the other cities and towns we visited. Sadly they have torn down much of the old buildings that have so much character only to replace with cheaply constructed ugly aging structures. Would not recommend.
cool beach place... colder than I thought but that is a good thing during a heat wave
It was a charming beach town.
Breath taking views, beach, shopping, great food and friendly locals!
Loved visiting the Sitio, taking the elevator down, strolling the beach promenade, seeing the fish drying racks, and most of all, eating lunch at Mar Azul , around the corner from the elevator, you can’t miss it, where the seafood was delicious.
