We are on the edge of the village of Schabs adjacent to an apple orchard. The sunny, cozy apartment (bilocal, ca 50qm) consists of an entrance area / hallway with cloakroom, double room, bathroom, a living area with divan (fold-out) and kitchenette and a small balcony.
We are only 10 minutes by car. from the episcopal city of Bressanone. Our house built in 2008 was built in wood. The nice, cozy apartment (approx. 50sqm) offers space for two people. A child or possibly another adult can also sleep on the pull-out couch. The apartment is fully furnished (built-in wardrobe; desk; double bed; small. Box with SAT / TV; Sitting area; Kitchenette - glass ceramic hob & dishwasher; Couch; Bath - shower / toilet). There is a free parking lot in front of the house. We are located next to the family-owned hotel - there you can use the lawn, the playground for children and the swimming pool free of charge. For an additional charge you can also have breakfast in the hotel (12 € p. P./ Breakfast buffet) or have dinner (27 € p. P./ Salad buffet u. 3 course menu). *
On request, you can also get our own farm products (apple juice, fruit / depending on the season, jams / depending on the season). You are also welcome to taste and purchase one of our home-made wines (Kerner, Müller Thurgau, Zweigelt barrique, Zweigelt rosé). A small village shop is a 3 minute walk away from us; there are several larger supermarkets in Vahrn and Brixen (5 - 10 minutes by car).

Access for guests
Access to the apartment / swimming pool, lawn and play area on the lawn in the adjacent hotel. You are also welcome to sit in the hotel bar in the evening and enjoy one of our home-made wines.
Other important information
From 01.01.2018 the Tourist Association Naz-Sciaves will collect for everyone from the 14th Local tax of € 1.15 per person per day. This tax is not included in the room rate, can only be paid on site upon departure and goes to the Natz-Schabs tourist association.
