"Jacuzzi out of order which I wanted to use and early check in confirmed but then wasn’t available. Other than those 2 things everything spot on. Staff friendly, place very clean and spacious and great toiletries provided. "

Only niggle was the phone didn't work in our room and so I had to go to reception to order room service... They still charged me the £5 tray fee, which I thought they could have waivered due to the phone not working. But, they were very helpful and friendly "

"The receptionist on duty when we arrived on Thursday evening was brilliant. John at breakfast on Friday morning went beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service. The location of the hotel is brilliant for those that enjoy a walkabout - a huge park is within a 5-minute walk."
