Beachfront living and Big Sunsets!

Once you step through the front door you will automatically feel like this is "YOUR HOME" in Navarre Beach in Santa Rosa Island, Florida. You are greeted by large wall of windows and french doors overlooking the gorgeous emerald green Gulf of Mexico on one side and Santa Rosa Sound on the other side. These breathtaking views from this open 1800 square foot floorplan located on the top of the Sandy white beach will make it hard to leave! Sleeps 10: 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and enclosed garage.

Bottom Floor: Enclosed garage with ping pong table, beach chairs, kayak, bicycles, grill, outdoor patio furniture. After a day on the beach you can walk straight to your own private outdoor shower and rinse the sand away before grilling and enjoying the sunset.

Second Floor: Oversized family room has fantastic views of the Gulf and leads out to a private balcony with 4 adirondack chairs, Captains chair, dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins play. The family room has 2 Plush couches, 65 inch smart TV and wine bar. It is separated by an oversized fully equipped kitchen and Dining Room that over looks the Santa Rosa Sound. From the Dining Room you can step out onto the balcony for the afternoon sunset over the Santa Rosa Sound with a glass of wine! Laundry room and another full bath are located on this floor.

Third Floor: The primary bedroom has a wall of windows and french doors that lead out to private covered balcony overlooking the Gulf. It has a king size bed and a trundle. It features a walk-in closet, soaking tub, 42 inch smart tv. On the opposite side there are 2 bedrooms overlooking the Sound, one room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and another room with a king size bed. Both are equipped with smart tvs. and share a bathroom.

Kellie was a gem to work with! She was accommodating and very kind. The house is beautiful, just as the photos show. I loved the open main floor and the garage below had anything you could possibly need at the beach. I hope to start again in the future.

Wonderful! We all loved every bit of our stay. Such a great location, beautiful beach, and it was so nice to be able to enjoy the outdoor seating! It was absolutely perfect & Kelly was wonderful. It was an added bonus having beach equipment already there.

It was as advertised and wonderful. It worked very well for 4 adults and 3 young children with plenty of room and privacy. Beds and bathrooms and linens were great. At the end we were planning our next visit.

Perfect!!
Osbun Dunes is a perfect place to stay! We spent 4 nights there with our adult kids and grand babies ( 2 year old and 1/12 year old). Loved the house and…all the beach gear provided was amazing- chairs, wagons, tons of kids beach toys!!! Location right on the beach was exactly what we wanted! We definitely hope to stay here again!

Amazing place!
This was our 2nd stay at Osbon Dunes, and once again was perfect! Osbon is very well kept, you can tell the owners have a lot of pride in their home. The kitchen was well stocked, extra beach supplies/chairs/umbrella, and great outdoor areas for relaxing. Couldn't have asked for a better week!

Our Favorite Place
We have stayed here twice and will be back again! Absolutely love it here - the home is perfect for a family beach trip. There is a ton of space to spread out, two decks that overlook the ocean, a great place in the sand for the kids to play, a wonderful porch swing, and ping pong table. We will be back for our third visit next year for sure!

What a great place to stay! There is a view from every room in the house. Kelli is a great communicator and is very responsive. She gave us some wonderful suggestions on places to eat and things to see. The house was extremely clean and very welcoming. I'm hoping to go back and enjoy this beautiful house again!

On the beach
This is the location you want at the beach… on the beach. Walk down to the water everyday, watch the sunrise and watch the sunset from the decks. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. We stayed a month. Kelly is a great host… it’s clean, and it makes you happy.

The BEST hidden gem!!
This was the absolute PERFECT place to stay! Plenty of room for myself and my sisters family (9 total from ages 8-18 for the kids and 4 adults). Will absolutely use Kellie every time for our beach vacations. We loved the private beach access and location. Everything you could think of ( and then some) was provided. If you want the perfect getaway place to stay, this is it!! We cooked several meals from fresh seafood from the markets and had plenty of cooking utensils and cookware to make everything! We were so sad to leave but will definitely be back again!

~ Relax at Osbon Dunes ~
What a lovely, clean, and peaceful home on beautiful Navarre Beach! We vacationed with our four daughters and dear neighbors and had such a wonderful time together. Those sunrise views from the upper balcony with a cup of coffee in hand were perfection. Looking out on the vastness of God’s creation truly takes your breath away. Osbon Dunes was well stocked with all the beach equipment you would need ~ chairs, umbrella, sand and water toys for the kids, wagon, etc. Grateful for the outdoor shower/hose for rinsing off after a walk on the beach. Kellie is sweet and hospitable and checking in/out was easy! Thank you, Osbon Fam, for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Family vacation
Excellent! Perfect family vacation! Has everything you need and more. No need to pack anything for the beach - this place has it all. Exactly like the pictures. The master bedroom balcony now has a roof so you can sit and enjoy the view while in the shade. I don’t think this was in the pictures when we booked. Nice addition! I will definitely book Osbon Dunes again for my next vacation to Navarre.

Wonderful home and location!
This home is exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and inviting. Anything you would need for a vacation is provided plus many extras. No need to take anything for the beach other than your swimsuit. Tons of kids toys are already there. My whole family enjoyed the home and being just steps from the water. Kellie is very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be back! Navarre is a laid back and quiet beach with beautiful water.

Kellie was great to communicate with. The house was exactly as advertised with many extras to enjoy at the ocean. Lots of beach chairs, kayak, floats, charcoal grill, ping pong, darts, extra refrigerator downstairs. Ice maker worked great. The water pressure in outside shower and the bathrooms inside was great. Plenty of hot water for everybody to shower. I have no complaints. Thank you Kellie!
