This high end Gulf front townhome means "house by the sea", and you can't get any closer to the beautiful Emerald green waters of this beautiful beach than this!

All new flooring, the main floor offers open concept living including an updated and well equipped kitchen with stainless steel and quartz along with tons of cabinet storage and separate ice maker. The wall of windows and doors opens right onto a huge deck with steps down to the beach.
A convenient half bath is also on this floor.

Up one flight, you'll find a queen-sized bedroom with en suite bath and sound views.
On the opposite side are 2 additional queen-sized bedrooms, both with private Gulf front balconies and a large shared bath with double sinks. The washer/dryer is also located on this floor.

No carpeting in any of the bedrooms!

The top floor comprises the king-sized primary bedroom. The en suite bath has a free standing jetted tub, walk in shower and private water closet. The wall of windows allows beautiful water views when waking and when soaking in the tub!
A door leads to the private balcony where you'll be at seagull level and can see for miles!

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25. SPECIAL NOTE: DUE TO ALLERGIES, NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED AT THIS RENTAL, INCLUDING ANIMALS WITH SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS.

There is covered parking for 2 cars and room for an additional 3 more.
A gas grill is offered for your use, as well as beach gear storage and a shower to rinse off after coming from the beach.

Plenty of stairs!! I was staying all the way up in the Master Suite. It was beautiful, but my legs got a workout. My only complaint was there were no blackout curtains so when the cone came up so did you. On vacation I like to sleep in. The weather was bad but there’s nothing to be done about that.

This property more than met our expectations. It was clean, roomy and in a perfect location just steps from the beach. It truly met all of our needs. Also, the rental agency was so helpful and easy to work with. Check in was a breeze and if they were quick to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property!!

Very nice property. Our family -6 adults and one infant stayed for 5 nights. Extra blankets, bath soap, dishwasher tablets (only 2 were supplied - and one was needed for check-out) would have added to the enjoyment.

We’ve been coming to Navarre Beach for several years now and we thoroughly enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful beach. This condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beach chairs would of been a bonus, but we did bring our own.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is amazing and the ease of getting to the beach and back is perfect! We did find several items in the kitchen not properly cleaned and the master shower should have been cleaned better…we found a leftover bar of soap. The ice machine is a wonderful needed addition!! Overall we had plenty of room and enjoyed the trip! We would consider staying at this property in the future.

It was very clean. Location great, parking good. Inside the townhouse it was humid. Water dripping from vents. Although, it didn't stop us from having a good time. The beds on 2nd floor were not as comfortable. Oven was not great, temperature off on elements and baking. They did have great countertop appliances, which was handy.

Beautiful views
Clean and comfortable property. We appreciated the proximity to the beach. So easy to just go for a walk and enjoy the beach! It rained a few days, but always cleared off to allow for a walk or quick swim. The townhouse was comfortable but seemed to have a few things in need of repair (sticky door to the second floor deck, microwave handle duck tapped on, etc.). We kept the AC a little lower because the house seemed to have a bit of a musty odor if we didn't. I had some issues getting ahold of the hosts/managers when we had some internet difficulties. Just be aware that the cables have been problematic since the last big hurricane and you may be without wifi at times. We didn't mind yoo much and used the time for games. Ultimately, we had a lovely and relaxing visit. Can't wait to return to the beach for another visit!

Navarre Beach experience
This was a very nice place to stay. The townhouse unit was further down the road so not as congested on the beach as the condos and townhouses near the pier. This place is within easy walking distance to the sound - we spent one day over there swimming and beaching due to rough surf and red flag warnings for the ocean. The rental is also in an area that is great for running, walking, and biking - side roads for quieter walks rather than on the main bike path. The rental was not elaborate with the number of dishes, glasses, and eatery but enough to get by for meals for us 8 at the house. The rental had good appliances - large and small. The locations of bedrooms were nice with no one on the same floor as the kitchen and living area. Bathrooms were very adequate for everyone. Deck areas are very nice too - only one bedroom without a deck (one facing street). A recommendation: room darkening curtains for the bedrooms facing the ocean - the sun rises early and is very bright so difficult to sleep in. The roller shades aren't enough to dim the sunlight. Recommend bringing eye masks if you wish to sleep in.

Perfectly peaceful beach getaway with gorgeous views!
We absolutely loved our stay at Casa al Mare and I would go back every year if I could! We've stayed at a lot of beachfront rentals and this one was by far the best combo of location, lots of space, views, and fabulous condition. So many rentals are run down, worn by the elements, and overstuffed with chotchkes but not this one! It's very tastefully decorated, well lit, recently renovated, and super stocked with cooking implements. I loved the privacy (and view!) provided for the master being on the third floor. The master bathroom is fabulous. The kids had their own floor in the middle, complete with tv's, bathrooms, and balconies. There is a great deck on the main level with chairs to relax in and a full dining set. We found everything to be as pictured and as described (or better.) Upon coming home, I'm inspired to research and buy the snuggly blankets, the mason jar glassware, the knife set, and the dryer! :D Thank you for a five star stay! Some recos: Lazy Days Beach chair rental took great care of us and is reasonably priced. Fluid Surf Shop in Ft. Walton was awesome for a surf instructor and board rental that came straight to our "back yard." Shipt was super convenient for grocery delivery and Publix had great selection. This condo does not provide any seasonings/condiments/coffee fixings, which is understandably the best strategy for bug prevention in FL! So add those type of things to your shopping list.

Location was perfect. Could walk to the pier, but was far enough away to feel secluded. Best stretch of Navarre beach. Accommodations were even better than advertised. Kitchen was well stocked with Cookware and Utensils in great condition. Plenty of beach stuff storage area near the exit, garage...Very well designed. We loved our stay.

This place is fantastic!
My family and I have found our new favorite beach getaway! Blue Moon Vacation was wonderful to work with and the homeowner decorated her home beautifully. Absolutely the cleanest place we have ever stayed. It is very spacious, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and the master bedroom and bathroom have its own private floor. (Loves the jetted tub!) There are decks on every level with water views from every bedroom. We cannot wait to return!! If you want a first class place to stay, this is it!
