This large private beach home has undergone a recent and extensive renovation, bringing it to a modern and luxurious standard.

Offering sweeping, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from its open floor plan great room, guests can enjoy the serene unobstructed waterfront setting from the comfort of the living space or the expansive waterfront deck that runs the length of the house. The deck provides ample seating for gatherings, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying al fresco dining.
A private dune cross-over connects you directly to the beach!

The highlight of the home is its huge custom gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and a large breakfast bar, ideal for hosting and preparing meals for groups. A private dune walk-over directly connects the property to the beach, providing guests with convenient and exclusive access.

The home's layout includes two primary bedrooms (one with a king and the other 2 queens) with ensuite bathrooms on the main floor.
Down the hall is another bedroom with with bunk beds (full-sized lower, twin upper) , a convenient half bath and a large laundry room.

Upstairs, two additional primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 2 queen-sized beds in each offer privacy and comfort. A trundle bed is in the 6th bedroom along with a half bath, and 2 sets of twin built in bunks are in the remaining 7th bedroom. Another full bathroom completes this floor.

Parking for 8 cars in the driveway. Propane grill.

Your pup is also welcome to join you for your stay with additional $200 per pup pet fee. 2 dog maximum . No cats permitted.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Beach offered a lot of privacy, management kept in close contact before and during our stay. We would definitely use Blu Moon and this lovely home again.

An Endless Summer Christmas

Reviewer Comments: We had eleven members of our family, all adults, from three different states, meet up for Christmas at the Endless Summer Beach House, and it was the PERFECT house! We had been meeting for years at another gulf front home in Navarre, but realized for this year, we had outgrown it, and needed something more updated. Endless Summer provided all of us with our own space (4 couples, three singles), and plenty of bathrooms. The house was immaculately cleaned when we arrived, and provided us with everything we needed to get started for the week. We all felt incredibly spoiled being in such a beautiful place! The location is amazing - gulf front. Can’t get any better than that! We all RAVED about the glass “railing” on the deck! Being able to have an unobstructed view of the sea oats and water was incredible. We had all kinds of weather that week, and loved being able to enjoy it all! Communication with staff was answered timely, and that was appreciated. Also appreciated being able to use the chairs kept downstairs for the beach! Secretly want to keep this place on the down-low and pretend it’s ours...but I do highly recommend!

Never Again
To begin with a positive comment, the recently renovated house was pretty and had some nice artwork. There were still some punchlist things that needed to be repaired, but they were not a problem with one glaring exception. On the Sunday after we arrived, the burglar alarm kept going off very loudly and notifying us that an intruder had broken into the house. It did this every time we opened a door. When we called the rental company, we were surprised to find that they were closed and not answering the phone. A repairman eventually came out and accused us of tampering with the alarm (as if), smoking in the house (not true, but even so, why would smoking set off an intruder alarm?). He allegedly disabled the alarm, but it went off soon after. This time, however, it deactivated the house elevator and trapped my 9 year old granddaughter in the elevator. This time I called 911 as well as the rental company. We got the sheriff and firemen. My granddaughter was traumatized, but extricated. Again, we were told that we were somehow at fault for this. The repairman finally believed it wasn’t our fault when the alarm went off again while he was still in the driveway. I get it that a recently renovated house can have problems, but we were greatly upset by the fact that we never got one word of apology from the rental company. I should not have been surprised, because our checkin experience was very unpleasant. We had asked if there was any possibility of an early checkin, given that we were driving down during a tropical storm. We were told that they would try. Fair enough. When we arrived at three pm ( a hour before checkin time) and called the company, we were told angrily that we were never promised an early check in and how dare we assume we had one. We were treated very rudely and the company made a point of being sure we could not get in until exactly four. I will NEVER rent from this company again. Oh, we paid a deposit to use the elevator, but it was disabled after the Sunday incident and we never got to use it again. Sheesh.
