Come and enjoy this upscale and spacious home located on Navarre Beach. This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom beach front Gulf Front townhome has 2 large decks over looking the white sandy beaches and emerald surf of Navarre Beach. No flights of stairs to climb, take the private elevator from ground to third floor. The second floor main living area has double sliding doors that open to a large spacious deck with plenty of deck chairs and table. The custom kitchen features, granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances (Jenn Air and Kitchen-Aid), convection and microwave multi-feature ovens, walk-in pantry, blender, mixer, bread maker, toaster, coffee pot and coffee bean grinder. Full size laundry room with W/D and large sink. Also large screen TV’s in each bedroom, WiFi Internet Access.

The home offers a master suite with a king-size bed, large bath and spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom includes 2 vanities, large custom glass enclosure shower, sliding doors open to third floor sun deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins. The other upstairs bedroom has 2-queen size beds and connecting full bath with shower and walk-in closets. Main floor bedroom has a queen bed with adjoins bath with shower stall. The outdoor covered patio offers shower, storage, beach supplies and additional refrigerator for beverages.

Navarre Beach is located just 10 miles from Pensacola Beach, 12 miles from Ft. Walton Beach and 25 miles from Destin. The perfect location for your family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house, and loved the view. Convenient location nearby grocery stores. Everyone there wants the same thing, to have a low key restful and quiet vacay. Perfect place to get some R & R!September: Weather was perfect, water was warm. Seaweed & Jelly fish showed up the last 2 days of our stay, but we drove down to Destin and the water was clean and perfect for swimming.

Wonderful visit
My family and I enjoyed staying here. It was clean, cozy, and had an amazing view of the ocean. We even saw dolphins from the balcony! Highly recommend this lovely beach house.

Awesome Ocean Beachfront Property
We picked the perfect place for our vacation. It has great beach access & the boardwalk is just steps away. The place was extremely comfortable & has a well stocked kitchen. We were also very happy to have an elevator. It made it easy to get your luggage & groceries in from the bottom level. We will definitely look into renting this place for our next trip to Navarre Beach. We highly recommend.

my sister and I loved our stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We had direct beach access to the gulf, the weather was warm and the beach wad not busy at all. We will be back again!

Reviewer Comments: Bravo on the porch railing now being "see-through" as you feel totally engrossed w/ the water & beach from all (window) angles in the house. Water was perfect, weather was outstanding and the house really does have everything you need to cook & feel comfortable. Elevator was a godsend for packing/unpacking. Appreciate all of the water toys (though we didn't use, it was nice to have access). Thank you! I absolutely recommend!!

Beautiful home and quiet beach
The home was recently remodeled with modern finishings and tastefully decorated. The rooms were very spacious and inviting for our family. I had my husband and 3 kids, my parents, and my sister all accommodated very comfortably. I was even surprised to find a pack n play and highchair for the 1 year old. We loved our visit and time there. Also, the semi private walkway to the beach was super helpful with kids. I highly recommend booking here with family.

Million Dollar View
We stayed here with two other couples for a week, the men were all highschool buddies, yes, 40 plus years ago, yikes! The home is extremely clean and absolutely has everything you need for the beach, kitchen, (including quite an array of spices), bathrooms, bedrooms, grilling. The elevator was a true blessing when unloading luggage and bringing home groceries. The views from the balconies are absolutely beautiful, the pics on the web site don't do it justice. We truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful home and would highly recommend it to anyone. It is layed out nicely whereby all bedrooms have privacy, the kitchen, living area and second floor deck all flow together very well. Short stay, early May, 2023
The property was just as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The master bedroom has a great view of the gulf and the master shower was huge with two shower heads, on facing walls. Nice large King bed, very comfortable. Easy access to the beach via adjacent boardwalk. Three bedrooms total. All nicely appointed. Outside privacy (via slat boards) shower available to clean sand off feet, etc., prior to entering the unit. This unit is located close to a Publix (on mainland) for grocery shopping and there are several close by restaurants, several of which are on the island. If, you are planning a trip to Navarre Beach and stay at this townhouse, I don’t think you will be disappointed. Check out Gulf Breeze Zoo. We took our son there many years ago when he was a wee lad. Enjoy and be safe, all. Overall, I’d give a 10 star rating 10/10.

Great family trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Dolphin Watch . The kitchen is well stocked and appliances all worked, however the blender is old and should be replaced. Furniture in living area is comfortable. The upstairs master is very nice and more updated than the other bedrooms. Bathroom shower with the upstairs queen beds did not give hot water. The bedroom on the main floor has a very uncomfortable squeaky bed and an essentially useless futon bed. The bed should be replaced with a new king and just eliminate the futon. The unit provides beach towels, some chairs, a pack n play, and beach toys, which is very nice. The outdoor deck needs replacing, and soon. There are broken, loose slats and nails protruding everywhere which is a big safety hazard. We loved Navarre and will be back but would not stay here again unless there is a new deck and upgraded bedding downstairs.

As close to perfect as I could have expected
Honestly, I'm not sure I could have asked for more, especially from a value standpoint. The property is well maintained, outfitted and maybe most importantly right-sized sleeping arrangement wise, at least for us. There weren't a bunch of extra beds just shoved into odd places which made the feel of the property more "homey". The location is great with no high-rise complexes in close proximity. All of the furniture is comfortable and of very high quality. The walkover to the beach is either brand new or at least very well maintained. The recommendation of Sunset Beach Rentals for beach setup was a great reminder of a great guy (Ed) to work with. While there's plenty of great beach gear provided, we've always found that having someone come properly set up heavy duty chairs and umbrellas each morning and take them down in the evening frees up a lot of time and effort. My (sainted for spending so much time with us) 73 year old Mom probably loved the elevator as much as anything in the property. :) Just so that I can sound a LITTLE balanced, the only nits I'd pick would be: A sharper kitchen knife would have been nice, but I'm probably spoiled to my own sets at home. And I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights below the deck (it got dark running the grill) or turn off the light in the gear room under the deck... though both of those are probably just me being daft. All in all, this is a great property and very highly recommended.

Our 2017 Family Vacation
This past week was the most relaxing and enjoyable part of our summer. This was our 2nd year to stay at this beach house which the grandkids call our summer vacation home now. By far we feel this home is the most accommodating and family oriented that we have stayed at in awhile. The covered porch was the adults favorite hangout enjoying the sounds of the beach while catching up on everything. The views from the den/kitchen area and master bedroom are breathtaking. The convenient walk over just steps away is also a very big plus. The layout of the home in general with 2 of the 3 bedrooms located on the 3rd floor is great and allows those wishing to retire for the day earlier than the others the quite privacy needed. The kitchen is very well equipped with just about anything you will need during your stay. And of course the elevator is a big plus helping carry everything upstairs upon arrival and downstairs when departing. Including some pretty tried grandparents at the end of each day. :) The keypad entry is also a life saver. With 3 adult children it gives them an easy way to come and go at will without trying to keep up with keys. Very few things I would change. Parking could be challenge due to drop off on left side of drive but was very manageable. Having the washer & dryer available helps out tremendously. We are looking forward to booking again for next year to keep this family vacation a traditional memory making experience. Thanks to Tommy Hurst & his family for sharing their beautiful beach home with our family.

Great beach, but old and tired property
First off, Navarre Beach is just beautiful! We will definitely go back. Second off, the property management company were wonderful! They communicated to us in a very timely manner, answered all our questions, and was quick to send maintenance when we had an issue with a toilet (twice). Now, as for the property itself. Pros: Very spacious, excellent location, and beautiful views. Cons? So many! - No interior stairs. This sucked! We all scraped our feet on the exterior spiral staircase. It was shaky and got slippery with the humidity. My 8yr old hated them! - The boardwalk and deck stairs just needs to be completely replaced. Loose screws, splintered wood, leaning stairs...just felt so unsafe. Definitely do not walk on it barefoot! - Upstairs master shower. Almost zero water pressure for hot water. Makes it very difficult to wash your hair after a day at the beach. - Master bed. The photo looks like it's a comfortable adjustable bed. Yea, from maybe 20yrs ago. The mattress is non-existent. The remotes are taped together. Do not hit the massage button! Thought it would never turn off. - WiFi. Horrible! Don't expect to get work done or stream Netflix. They use a proxy service which is just awful. It will not work with chromebooks by the way. In addition, it would expire your session but not prompt you for the password again. You have to turn wifi off/on on your device. - Other issues...water stains in the ceilings. The one in the kitchen looks like it was from an overflowing toilet! The honeycomb shades on the screen doors need cleaning and repair. The screened doors themselves are hard to lock. Be careful of the driveway, there is a pothole! The connected townhome appears to be abandoned. It has pigeons nesting it underneath! Overall, we will be back to Navarre Beach! Definitely a great place to stay! But avoid this rental property until the owners decide to spend much needed money and refresh it. Perhaps contact the property manager for better listings.

This beautiful condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf and beautiful sunrises. The floor plan is excellent and the condo is well stocked with most of everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Very well stocked kitchen tools. Shower on 1st floor extra full size fridge with freezer on 1st floor in storage area. Beach chairs & 2 umbrellas. Kayak & paddle board available. Weather & water controlled by nature so was not very good this trip. Still very nice inside & multiple levels deck & shade in main one.
