This delightful unit overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico is a spacious 1378 square feet. This fun and casual, multicolored unit will truly be a home away from home. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal along with a convenient countertop breakfast bar. The quaint dining room offers a simple yet timeless table. The living room has comfy couches to allow you the pleasure of catching up with one another. The balcony offers an excellent spot to take in a breathtaking Gulf front view. The primary bedroom has a king bed that has a country feel and a private bath with double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub with a shower stall. The second bedroom has twin beds and is conveniently located next to a full bath.

Pool passes are included.
During off-season rentals, the condo association will be performing routine property repairs and maintenance to upkeep the property for peak season (October 1st - March 15th).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Navarre vacation

The condo was great to stay in. Very clean and had many toiletries stocked which was convenient. It was high up so the noise was non-existent. The code to the door was very long though and sometimes wouldn't work. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Terrific choice for a late October, low-key stay. Navarre Beach doesn't seem to be on the woo-woo-bachelorette radar, and we were a week or so after Fall Break, so it was quiet and super easy to deal with. The condo itself was perfect for us, a brother and sister who like lots of personal space (the unit was quite large, a welcome surprise that doesn't happen very often with VRBOs in our experience). The only two (very minor) dings: the ten digit door code was very unforgiving (make ONE less-than-firm, perfectly-aimed button-push and it's flashing red lights, start over and now the PRESSURE IS ON) and srsly, come up off a couple of beach towels. Other than that, we loved it.

Fall Beach Get-a-Way

The location is ideal, the unit could not have been more accommodating and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Loved watching dolphins, sea turtles and sting rays from the balcony. Will stay here again!

AMAZING!!!

The view from the 16th floor is amazing, we seen countless dolphins, a manatee, and schools of fish. The room was spacious, spotless, and plenty of dishes to cook with. There a a regular coffee pot and a keurig which was perfect for us. The freezer makes plenty of ice and the all appliances worked great. The couches were comfy, the beds were so nice, and the master bathroom was gorgeous. We have nothing negative to say, the host was quick to respond and helpful to ship an item we accidentally left in the room. I would definitely come back and stay in this room.

Overall, we had a wonderful visit with a fantastic view. My only complaint is that when we booked our stay, the posting very obviously stated that 2 Beach chairs were included in the stay (VRBO). When we got to the beach, we were told our unit did not have chairs included. This was very disappointing as we drove from MN and did not have beach chairs to bring ourselves.

Great location, beautiful view, pool was great. our Cabana boy, Juan was the greatest. Only issue was the front bathroom shower had a slow drain, and sink faucet was hard to turn on and off.

Navarre Beach Trip at the Pearl

Overall it was good. The place was nice, roomy, lots of starage, well decorated (tasteful). Had to get up at 545 each day to secure a place on the beach so we could see the ocean. Supposed to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella, but only if you pay for reservation. Beach chair guy, Juan, was a jerk. Residents of building were unwelcoming, treated vistors like nuisances. Pool had over-zealous attendants. Otherwise, the place was clean and pretty. The veiw was spectacular and the furniture was nice and comfortable. Navarre was VERY crowded, much more so than last year.

Bring your own blankets and washcloths

I have stayed in this particular unit at The Pearl on previous trips and it seems to have gone downhill. There were no extra blankets anywhere to be found, the only bedding is super thin, a sheet and then bedding the thickness of a shower curtain. My kids ended up using pur extra beach towels we brought with their bedding the first night. Not very comfortable. Also there was only 1 washcloth per bathroom. Odd because we counted 18 hand towels, but only 2 wash cloths. There was also no dishwasher tabs, which are usually included. Complimentary beach chair set is also no longer an option, this used to be included as well, so we had to pay for both sets we got. The stay was ok. Also received a call the next day to come by the office to get parking pass, which used to be left in the condo, which was much more convenient. The stay was just ok at best.

Nice condo but very poor management/cleanliness/communication. Think twice about using this company.

The condo location was great as was the overall property. The problems started at arrival. Although Vacasa, the management company stated that extra care with cleaning would be done due to Covid, it was evident VERY little had been done to clean the condo to even a basic standard. Bathroom showers were moldy (black mold). No cleaning supplies were present ANYWHERE in the condo (although the management company stated that basic cleaning supplies would be available during the duration of our stay). No dish soap/dishwasher detergent was available. No toilet paper/hand soap/paper towels were available either. I contacted the property management only to be told sorry, Simeon would contact us within two days. We had to head to the local grocery store just to get the basic cleaning supplies and unfortunately they had no toilet paper due to Covid shortages. After spending an hour cleaning, we finally felt ready to unpack. Second day our 5 year old discovered an electrical outlet without the outlet cover as in wires exposed/hole in the wall. What a mess and still no reply from management. Upon meeting other families at the pool we discovered similar issues with others who booked VRBO/Vacasa. It wasn’t like 1 or 2 other families but more like 7/8. We will not be using VRBO/Vacasa again. We did love the beach/beach across and the community as a whole and have already booked a second stay using the company recommended by the locals.

Great location but needs improvement

The location in Navarre Beach was perfect. Our comments/complaints: The overall cleanliness of the condo left a lot to be desired. The pool and outside areas were well maintained though. The sofa bed was broken, we pulled it out and there was no way anyone was sleeping on it. I was happy that the couch was comfortable enough for my daughter. There were several pillows but no extra blankets for the couch. The king bed frame is coming apart at the headboard but was still together when we left. I wish the Keurig coffeemaker had been listed on the amenities list and we wouldn't have brought our travel mini Keurig. The building only has two elevators and there was an IMMENSE backup several times. One of them was out of service the last two days we were there. BOTH elevators were out of service for 2 hours at one point and coming from the beach to climb 16 flights of stairs was far from fun. 50/50 on if we return to this particular condo but Navarre Beach is great.

15-20 min to get key code to work , microwave didn’t work found out they knew before we booked took 2 days to get one … front shower wouldn’t turn on good thing was only 2 of us nasty note on door only room at the pearl with one had to stand in breezeway over 30 mins cause not allowed to get in but was okay for us to loose time no one across the road at Vessca had all our paper work with wrong date for check out but was absolutely correct date when charging on a scale of 1-10 I would not recommend this unit big dead cockroach was up under the table side of refrigerator was dirty …could of tried to offer a discount but instead got sent to talk to someone we could t understand
