While at Pearl 0306 you are just a short drive away from the exciting Pensacola Beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Celebrated my birthday in Navarre with our daughter and son-in-love. It was an awesome trip and the Pearl was a perfect location. We had easy access to the beach and perfect weather. The accommodations were very good and we would recommend staying here to anyone that wants a quiet relaxing beach vacation.

It’s a beautiful and spacious condo. The views are spectacular. If you have a large family, this is the place to stay. Everything was in working order and the area was quiet. We did visit during September, so I’m not sure how things are during peak season.

We loved the location. The condo itself is spacious, great views and access. The furniture could be updated and/or a good cleaning. The floor, showers, doors, trim could all use a good cleaning. The hot tub was out of order, it would have been nice to know ahead of time. When inquiring we received a response immediately.

My family recently stayed at and had an overall enjoyable experience. The condo itself was fantastic-spacious, well-furnished, and with a stunning view of the beach. However, I did notice that the bathrooms could use some attention. There was black mold in the caulk line area of the baths and showers, which was a bit concerning. Proper cleaning and maintenance in these areas would significantly improve the overall experience. Despite this issue, I still had a great stay and would consider returning if the bathroom situation is addressed.

Great location. The condo was big and had lots of room.for all of us. The back bedroom was nice with its own kitchenette. Down side to this condo was it was has very uncomfortable beds and furniture. It's hard to enjoy your vacation when you don't sleep well.There was an issue with the toilet not flushing in the back bedroom. When we lifted the tank lid, there was mold all in it, yuck! We jmagyvered the chain so it would flush. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The dryer took a long time to dry, 2 cycles or more. The couch was so unconformable that no could isit on for too long to watch TV. Other than the beds and furniture being old and uncomfortable this place was nice. The view from the balcony was wonderful. I would think during the slow winter months they could do some updates to these condos

Loves the view from Pearl 306. Our stay would have been perfect but the master bedroom had only a sheer curtain and the sun was very bright and woke us at the crack of dawn. Also some of the outlets didn’t work and tile floors needed to be deep cleaned.

Absolutely loved our stay! The having all the windows from the beach to the sound side made for amazing views. The condo was clean and tidy. Loved having the heated pool and hot tub! Had a minor hiccup with the front door code. Contacted the Vacasa number given to us and was issued a new door code right away. We also noticed there were no spices to cook with, which they did state they don’t keep in the house beforehand, so make sure to bring your own!! Overall enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay in this condo again.

It’s a beautiful condo with a well stocked kitchen. The master bath is awesome. Big balconies. Cons: only a sheer curtain in the master bedroom (not great for privacy and you’ll be awake at Sunrise), all dishes are breakable (stressful with kids), and there were several areas not very clean. Super dusty blinds in the kitchen, dirty rug, a few dirty light switches, drawers, etc. and there were dishes in the cabinets had food stuck on like they were put away from the dishwasher without checking that they got clean. Overall a great condo for adults, but could use some deep cleaning.

The beach is beautiful! Our condo was acceptable. We were able to store our belongings, sleep, shower, and eat. Condo was clean. Coffee maker was broken on the first morning, but someone dropped a new one off within an hour of our call. After that we had trouble with the ice maker / water dispenser and called back. We were told someone would come look at it - they never did! Very little ice all week, no water pressure in the dispenser. We had to keep going out to buy ice. Also, experienced low water pressure in the master vanity sink and then it started leaking so we had to turn the valve off. Only 5 knives in a condo meant for 8 people? Skillets were questionable - glad we always bring our own. Lots of wasted space? Could have made a 4th bedroom and still been comfy. Overall would recommend, just have to be prepared to overlook / deal with things that should be taken care of on a regular basis.

This condo is perfectly laid out. It has two masters with sea views. It is bright and fun. There is plenty of counter space and cabinetry in the kitchen. Plus plenty of pots/cooking utensils. The condo could use some upgrades, but the price was good and the views amazing. Literally open all the curtains and enjoy the ocean from anywhere. Some of our party were mobility limited and couldn’t walk on the beach, so this condo was perfect enjoying the beach from inside or on the spacious balcony. FYI- the linens are basic bleachable whites and as stated, there are no beach towels provided. Also no extra linens or blankets. The beds were comfortable, the showers good. We really loved staying in this unit at The Pearl of Navarre.
