Charming 2 bedroom condo in the heart of beautiful Natchez, MS.

As you enter the condo, you come into fully stocked kitchen with all your appliance needs. Adorable living room with plenty of seating. This 2 bedroom condo is located right in heart of Natchez. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private 1/2 bath. There is a full shower shared by the second bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with its own private 1/2 bath. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with their own stairs leading to each bedroom.
Each room has its own tv with cable. WIFI is also available.

There is also another 1/2 bath as well as a washer and dryer.

The condo is in a gated area with a beautiful courtyard. Secure parking with code for entry as well a gate with code to enter.


Located 1 block from the Mississippi River. Walk Over to Famous Fat Mamas right next door. Walking distance to downtown and great restaurants, as well as the beautiful antebellum homes. Carriage ride tours right in front of condo.

Love this condo!
This is the second year I've visited Natchez and stayed at this condo. The location is great and makes it incredibly convenient to walk to the nearby downtown restaurants and shops. I love the added security of the gated property. Inside, the condo is clean and nicely decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It comes fully equipped with all the supplies you need for cooking meals, making it easy to enjoy a cozy evening in. The owner, Julie, is a pleasure to communicatee with! I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay for their next vacation in Natchez.

25th anniversary trip
We spent our 25th wedding anniversary at this property. This was a wonderful location and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. Property was as described in the middle of historic Natchez within walking distance to food, entertainment, and site seeing. Loved the historic building with so much old charm and very comfortable. They provided everything needed and were a phone call/text away with any needs. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Most comfortable condo in Natchez.
Love the antique furniture in most of the rentals but they just aren’t very comfortable. We were stuck inside for 2 days because of rain and the condo was so comfy. Great sectional sofas and nice tv. Beds we’re comfortable as well. We had everything we needed except good weather! Can’t wait to go back!

Gorgeous & Unique Property & well maintained Condo's with Courtyard
This property was an old train depot...it is so unique and the courtyards with a beautiful fountain and lovely maintained plants and flowers are like you are on a movie set from down south! These condos that were set up like train cars I guess, are elegant and sturdy and so fun and accessible with their mid-town location near the river and the shops/restaurants that everyone comes to Natchez to see and forever remember and keep coming back for more! We will for sure be back and our Condo Owner was super cooperative and helpful! Julie was great! We had a lovely memorable 4 days! Weather was great too!

We stayed here for a family weekend. It was great ! Easy checkin instructions. Safe location. Easy to find and it was right by great resturants and shops. The property is in a convient location and you are able to walk down to the river, around the neighborhood to look at the historic houses, or downtown to shop. We asolutly loved our stay and will be coming back again!

Perfection in Natchez
Absolutely loved everything about this place. The location, gated privacy, cleanliness. The condo was amazing. Love how they retained the old feel of the train depot but completely modernized all of the conveniences. Definitely recommend!!

The old train depot was the perfect spot for a girls trip. Location was fantastic to the beautiful sunsets on the Mississippi River and downtown shopping. Julie was the hostess with the mostess!! she provided us with information on houses to see, places to eat and the BEST cooking class with chef Regina. The VRBO was the cutest place ever. It was homey and inviting. Again. Julie had it stocked with everything you would need. I will be staying there again!!!

We enjoyed the convenient location, nice kitchen/ living area, great communication with owner Julie who thoughtfully had milk in the fridge for our coffee! One note: older folks may find circular staircase to bedroom 2 a challenge but you can carry suitcases up the other stairs and through bedroom 1. Shared Shower is located between 2 up stairs powder rooms.

We had a wonderful stay in this adorable condo in Natchez. This was my families first visit to Natchez and we enjoyed the convenient location. Charming historic Condo
Julie is an awesome host with the most charming condo. The condo was well stocked with everything you might need. This is in a old train depot and still has some original pieces from the 1800’s. Hidden gem in the heart of Natchez.

Natchez Trace Parkway Visit
This was our first location for a journey up the parkway. It was easily accessible from the parkway and was within walking distance of many restaurants and historic homes we wanted to tour. The kitchen is the best stocked of most any place we have stayed. The master bedroom is very nice and comfortable. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that the condo is so close to the street and the carriage tour that there is no privacy to open the curtains. There is a nice courtyard on the other side. I just missed being able to enjoy an outside view while sipping my morning tea in my pjs. I highly recommend touring Stanton Hall and the Rosalie Mansion. We enjoyed eating at100 Main Spirits and Eatery. You can eat inside or outside which has a nice view of the river. The food was great and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, we were there the first part of the week and many restaurants and businesses were closed. If I had it to do again, I would start our journey mid week so we could visit more locations. We enjoyed strolls along the river front (which is only1 block away) every evening and the carriage tour right outside the front of the condo is a wonderful way to tour the city and learn some of the history. Try to get one of the parallel parking spaces along State St to load and unload your things. It's much closer than the gated parking lot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and wish we could have had a few more days to enjoy the area.
