There staff does a great job taking care of the needs of backpackers. They'll even store your carry on luggage will you're out on the trail, so you can come back to a set of clean clothes.

use as a last ditch choice only!
This hostel is just about the worst I have stayed in in Chile! I am sorry to say that the room had a bad oder so the staff lit incense right out Paine out door to try mask it. The rug on the floor was covering an older carpet and the one on top was all rolled up, being a serious accident risk. There are no closets in the room and thus no where to put your clothing or personal items. There was nothing that motivated us to stay. So we took the loss paying four nights for just three. We moved to another hostel just about five blocks away where we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I approached the receptionist about these problems twice, but nothing was done to improve the smells, the carpet or the dinginess of the rooms. Never going back here! By the way, we are residents in Chile and have traveled the full length of the country. We have stayed in most all the cities and important tourist areas of the country. As such, we were very let down with this hostel. Bad choice. Worse conditions.

They doble book , no room available when I got there at 23:00 hours , they wanted me to take a $ Refund . Finally I got a room with broken door , no lack. OWNER is very rude and only cares about the money not the client. She should be investigated for mistreating guest and steeling about reservations .

Nice hostel close to everything.
We stayed for two nights in a room with our children. Private bathroom was a must, and it was OK. Hotel staff was very kind and gave us suggestions for everything we asked

Shortcomings passable at right price.
Minamilist breakfast and very poor WiFi. Bed was not great Some rooms don’t open to outside but to a corridor, this makes them stuffy and noisy. Very food location and nice staff.

Good location, good place for short stay!
A clean, warm and quiet place with very good location. 1 min walk to the port and 5 mins to center of town. The staffs were friendly and love to help although the door lock broken and nobody could fix. The breakfast was simple but it is enough.

Look elsewhere...
This budget hostel needs some serious updating. We stayed in one of their family rooms. There was an odor of backed up sewer that permeated throughout our stay. The staff had to burn incense to cover the smell. The carpet in the room looked very old and dirty and was piling up in some places. The walls were stained and deformed. The bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was included, but was lacking. Just some cereal, instant coffee, orange Tang, bread, yogurt and a few slices of ham and cheese. There are better hostels located in the area for the exact same price. We found another hostel that was clean, modern, and close to everything. Look elsewhere.

Decent value in Puerto Natales
the walk from the bus station was a good 25 minutes so a cab makes more sense if you have heavy bags. i was expecting kitchen facilities since it was a hostel so was surprised to not see that--hotels in the area are expensive so would have been nice to have kitchen use. wifi generally only worked in the lobby area--hotel in general was clean--the breakfast is on the small side but this was the experience across the board at all the hotels.

Great for a short stay
Good place to stay for one night before our multi-day hike. Nice service. The room is a bit awkward, the window is exposed to the hallway so we kept the curtains shut.
