"I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that."

"O melhor do flat é a localização. Com vistas para a praia de ponta negra e o morro do careca, está próximo de tudo: bares, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes, praia, etc. As únicas coisas ruins: i) o estacionamento é muito pequeno e não suporta a quantidade de carros, fazendo com que tenhamos que estacionar no meio da rua; ii) A internet do flat é péssima. Para quem vai a trabalho e precisa usar a internet, não conte com ela porque não funciona para nada."

"First what I liked. The room was spacious (in fact two bedrooms) with a balcony overlooking the ocean that wraps around the unit. Beds were comfortable, the shower was nice too, and free parking was available. Second what I did not like. No toiletries, no blankets, just thin sheets, towels were not great, and the safe did not work (likely for years). Bread was ok, service was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."
