The hotel is nice however, the walls are thin. You can hear other guests and there’s this strange window in the bathroom that is open to, I believe, a mechanical room and the room next door also has a window with the same situation and you could hear each other whether it was conversation or using the bathroom. Also was next to a housekeeping room and heard them anytime they were there.

I would give 5 stars for the locations and views. The hotel is very old and smells mold. My first room was horrible. I wasn't sure if the linens was changed because of the stains we saw. My second room was ok. Overall I do not recommend this hotel if you like comfortable rooms like me.

O hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura, mas deixa a desejar no atendimento por falta de organização. O café da manhã é muito bom, o quarto é silencioso e confortável. A experiência do check in foi ruim por desorganização do hotel.

Hotel baixo nível, não entrega o que poderia.
Atendimento recepção péssimo. Baixo astral. Pouca habilidade em resolver problemas. Erro do quarto locado , divergência com o que propriedade oferecia em um dos parceiros, aplicativos de venda. Maçaneta da porta estragada e disseram que era normal esse "ajustes". A supervisora tentou mediar e solucionar meio amigável, mas ainda assim a primeiro momento com resistência e responsabilizando o cliente/parceiro pelos erros. Depois voltou atrás e relocou no quarto primeiro vendido, mas disse que era por causa da porta estragada a relocação.Piscina com azulejo quebrado, o que pode causar cortes, piscina em manutenção com risco choque aparente (mesmo interditado). Sauna sem cheiro de eucalipto, apenas desifetante .Taxa para consumo de água no quarto, taxa frigobar e dificuldade em não querer pagar taixa respeitando direito do consumidor.

Muito bom!
O hotel tem muitas atividades ao longo do dia, a área das piscinas é excelente, com vista para o Morro do Careca. O aceso é fácil, por meio de uma rampa, há disponível espreguiçadeiras a beira mar. O quarto é bom, solicitamos berço para a bebê, e prontamente nos atenderam. O banheiro deixa a desejar quanto a iluminação e estrutura (o nosso não havia box, apenas uma cortina). O café da manhã é excelente!!
