Inicialmente, ficamos em quartos no térreo com poeira acumulada nas janelas, chuveiro com vazamentos, marcas de infiltração na parede e foi decepcionante. O quarto não correspondeu às nossas expectativas. Conversamos com os atendentes e estes repassaram a situação à gerência. No dia seguinte, trocamos de quarto no andar superior, o qual atendeu as nossas necessidades. O café da manhã é bom e os colaborados são atenciosos, especialmente a Maria José e o Sr Murilo.

Hotel limpo e conveniente
A localização é ótima, o hotel tem ótimos funcionários e o preço é compatível com as condições gerais. Não me agradei apenas do colchão e dos travesseiros e senti falta do frigobar abastecido, estava vazio, mas pode utilizar pra guardar os lanches do meu filho. No geral eu recomendo.

Achei muito bem para a classificação das estrelas que lhe estão atribuídas, mas achei muito barulho. Tanto do ar condicionado, bem como de vários clientes quando entravam depois das 21h. por vezes às 2 e até 3h da madrugada. Obrigado pela atenção dispensada.

Funcionários muito amáveis, prestativos, inteligentes. Daria no 10 a todos sem exceção. O Hotel é simples com piscina. O ar condicionado e a rede Wi-Fi espetaculares. O café delicioso, sucos e frutas frescas, com razoável variedade, o suficiente para agradar, mas tudo bem feito, limpo. Eu melhoraria o colchão, travesseiros, roupa de cama e toalhas, que estão gastos, mas bem limpos. Vale o preço. A localização excelente com cafés, restaurantes de qualidade muito perto do hotel. Com acesso fácil ao transporte coletivo.
