Beach Hotel
My husband and I stayed here during the World Cup. The hotel is right on the beach with great views. There are several nice pools and outdoor bars. The staff was very hospitable and welcoming. The hotel and guest rooms were very clean. There are a large selection of hot and cold breakfast items on the buffet. The hotel is a taxi ride or drive away from shopping and dining options but it's in a quiet tranquil relaxing location. I would stay here again.

Difficult hotel - especially for business
Slow internet. (snail's pace when compared to all other Brazilian hotels I have stayed at). No warning or info on the ear shattering renovation that started Saturday morning at around 8am. Did not have any adaptor to loan for charging my computer / cell phone - hotels are often prepared for this. The food was horrible - the taste of the cooking oil made me feel like it was used way too often. Only one beer was available. Usually hotels at this fare in Brazil have 3-4. choices. The room was not well cleaned up at checkin - used bath towel by sink and wet toilet seat. The A/C, when maxed out, still didn't cool the room. And finally, there was not hot water between 8 and 9am (also without warning or notice). Oh, I forgot something else - there is not elevator, so if you have several bags and are the type to carry them yourself so as to not waste time waiting for service, you are going to have a tough time.

Hotel um pouco abandonado, baratas pelos quartos e onde foi pedido para funcionários do hotel inseticida e não deram a mínima, as 18:00 hs encerram as atividades nas piscinas e como está longe do centro não se tem nada pra fazer dentro do mesmo, onde fica tudo apagado nas áreas das piscinas.

Estadia muito boa.
A estrutura do hotel é antiga, as piscinas estavam com a água muito quente. O elevador próximo ao nosso quarto não funcionava, então o deslocamento até a área de lazer e restaurante ficava bem distante. O café da manhã foi excelente, maravilhoso e os funcionários são muito atenciosos. No mais, a estadia foi ótima, recomendo o hotel.

A piscina precisa de uma reforma e a limpeza ficou a desejar, na sexta estava muito suja,no sábado e domingo aspiraram o fundo da piscina porém as laterais continuaram cheias de lodo. Café da manha bom; Os quartos estavam limpos; Não é uma cama de casal e sim duas camas de solteiros juntas; Boa recepção; Segurança armada no local, isso bom; Bom estacionamento; Tinha toalhas manchadas.

Este hotel quando novo provavelmente devis ser o mais bonito da praia da costeira, mas deixaram de fazer as manutenções necessarias. Agora com a venda para emoresas do exterior e com projeto de reforma acredito que podera ser novamente uma das melhores estadias da praia da costeira.

A chagada e acomodação foi bem tranquila, não esperamos nem 5 minutos para disponibilizar o quarto, que estava limpo e bem arrumado, precisei de ajuda para ligar a agua quente e fui bem atendida, o quarto era limpo e arrumado todo dia, saia e quando voltava estava arrumado, algumas partes do hotel estão precisando de reparo mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estadia, o cafe da manha tinha varias opções, o estacionamento amplo e espaçoso. o wifi nao funcionava muito bem no quarto. toalhas e lençol trocados todo dia. o local do hotel não gostei muito pois fica distante das coisas. precisei fazer o leite da minha filha pequena e fui bem atendida na cozinha todas as vezes. amei a estadia e pretendo voltar.

El hotel es muy lindo en su parte externa! Tiene variedad de piletas impecables como tantas opciones pero q lamentablemente no se pueden usar !! No brindan el servicio! Barra en la pileta, jacuzzi, servicio de tragos en las zonas o en alguna de la pileta! Nada. Su uso limitado hasta las 18hs.con 32°hasta la madrugada...una pena .La ubicación es para alquilar un auto si te querés ir a la playa...ya q la playa a la q da el hotel es de mucho y peligroso oleaje y no te podés bañar. Cuesta mucho comunicarse! Solo 1 persona ... recepcionista. Para la categoría y valor del hotel les falta muuchoo! Nos retiramos 2 días antes.

Hotel estragou a minha viagem
Estou aguardando resposta no reclame aqui, dos hoteis.com Tudo começou na minha chegada ao hotel, cheguei 1h da manhã, no dia 28 de janeiro, solicitei o check in realizei normalmente, obtendo um atendimento com pouco caso, após o check in a mulher nem informou o número de quarto, local que deveria seguir nada, eu que precisei perguntar. Ao chegar no quarto me deparei com um cheiro de mofo insuportável, entrei pensando que o cheiro iria passar, ao colocar a mala no chão para descansar pois teria mergulho no dia seguinte, me deparo com o lençol de cama todo sujo, conforme segue as fotos em anexo de todos casos que vou relatar, sendo que não esta nem metade das fotos que tirei do estado do hotel, além do lençol a parede estava com mofo do ar condicionado e a vista para uma área de serviço do hotel, totalmente escura e estranha, conforme relatada em foto também, após eu e minha mãe fomos na recepção solicita a troca de quarto, pois não era aquele quarto que havia reservado na internet , ao chegar na recepção a mulher trocou a gente de quarto, ao chegar no segundo quarto nem entramos pois estava no mesmo estado, a gente foi trocado novamente ao chegar no terceiro quarto, nos deparamos com mais mofo e sujeira

O hotel tem uma estrutura magnífica, porém está descuidado e em situação precária. Precisa de atenção e reparo em todos os aspectos. Elevador sem funcionar, ar condicionado sem esfriar o quarto, aparência de "abandonado". Precisa urgentemente de uma boa reforma e também de zelo. Colchões, lençóis e toalhas bastante desgastados e etc.

El hotel esta medianamente bueno, falta restaur algunas cosas, creo que no califica para 4 estrellas. Solicite un cuarto de lujo dormitorio cama queen y me asignaron una habitación standar con dos camas, el Secador de pelo debia solicitar a la recepción las veces que lo necesitaba. Cuando promocionan hotel con playa es importante indicar que la playa no esta habilitado para bañistas. Tuvimos que movernos diariamente a otras playas para tirarnos al mar. Para nosotro fué una decepción muy grande por que esperabamos descansar y bañarnos en la playa del hotel.....
