"This is by far the most fabulous hotel I’ve ever stayed in — it’s gorgeous, comfortable, so beautifully anointed, and totally quite unique aesthetically. The staff is just fantastic: courteous, helpful, polite and accommodating. I’d requested a quiet bedroom and they indeed gave me a totally quiet room which was also very comfortable, gorgeous, with a fantastic bathroom and very cozy bed. "This property is in the "suburbs". If you are a person coming in from North America, the location may seem as if it is in the hood. But it is reasonably safe. The bus number 337 which costs about 3 GEL has a stop on a road parallel that to the hotel. I would strongly suggest completely ignoring the village idiots at the airport (Taxi touts) and walk right to the green bus stationed outside the terminal building. Hotel has lots of clean towels. They include soap. Not sure where the water comes...

"Check in was quick n smooth, there were language issues. Room 208 looked like someone punched through the door. 207 smelled of toilet and the sheets caught the smell of although they looked clean. Flush was not strong enough which maybe the reason. Lots of fittings in the room were broken including the door. Cupboard had one hanger and half of the cupboard was broken and did not open. They gave only one towel set for a double occupancy but it was hard to communicate as no one spoke English so...

"Excellent. Beautiful balcony overlooking the sulphur baths in very pretty, historic area of town. Short stroll to restaurants and bars, Indoor and well heated outdoor areas. So many wine shops! Staff were really helpful and available 24 hours. Bathroom was excellent, heating and air con worked well. Hotel close to museums, churches and squares and easy walking distance to so much history. Very proud people who work hard to ensure you get the best out of the country. "
