"Reasonable cost but it's their policy to have nobody at the front desk to ask for help and no breakfast options. Communication through the third party (Expedia) app was 5 days late. So it was useless. This would have been a massive problem if my very experienced GF who travels for a living hadn't figured out a way to contact the main office and ask for directions on how to get in. "There was a Sports Gambling parlour & Ladies' Spa & Tanning salon on bldg ground floor (photo)- those places looked sleazy. The Apart sign at location read Apart Hotel "Boarding House" (photo). A Boardinghouse suggests a different type of clientele than a guest hotel. Do not recall online listing as Boardinghouse, only Hotel when I booked it.
