Spacious newly remodeled oceanfront condo suite with a private patio. Centrally located on West Bay St on one of the most beautiful beaches in Nassau, the Orange Hill Beach - Getaway and relax in the Bahamas!
The Orange Hill Beach is directly opposite the Orange Hill beach - 50ft and you are at the ocean!

About the Orange Cottage:
The Cottage has two bedrooms and two private bathrooms + a kitchen and a huge living room with dining area as well as an outside area with a beautiful ocean view!

Bedroom 1:
- Queen size bed + direct access to a private bathroom with walk-in Shower

Bedroom 2:
- two Queen size beds + Bathroom with walk-in shower

Living room:
- Large sectional sofa for up to 8 guests - optional Air Mattress for additional sleep (contact host)
- Dining area with 6 seats and ocean view
- 55" Flat TV with Netflix account + Cable TV (local)
- Free Wifi Internet

Kitchen (equipped with)
- Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, Microwave (Oven), Refrigerator/ freezer,

Additional Amenities:
The cottage is located on the property Northwinds with more cottages and the Main house. Parking lots are available in front of the property. A laundry room with washer and dryer is shared and free for use. An outdoor shower (it is an oceanfront property and you will be happy to have it coming from the beach) is as well available.

The Cottage is on West Bay St - only 6 Minutes from the Airport. Please follow the signs on the property

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Roach Villa
Celebrating a milestone birthday should not require constant cleaning of roaches. And the resolution was a small bottle of roach spray. After constant texting someone came and fumigated which resulted in roaches going belly up and is as paid guests to clean it up. Not cool. The response was it's the islands and there are always roaches. Not in the description before purchase. Still fighting for deposit to be returned. Stay at your own caution.
