"Excellent fast checkin, great customer service and pleasant front of house. Agreed an extra complimentary 1 hr checkout stay at beginning of trip due to flight time, which was refreshing. Large rooms, great beds and clean linen. Adequate bathroom/shower over bath and toiletries. Heated bathroom floor which was nice. Superb breakfast selection. "Great hotel, great staff good restaurants and very nice SPA. The only negative is it if you need the business centre to work. Limited space with chairs only comfortable to have a coffee but not to work. I’d suggest to add a couple of desks with office chairs and a door to protect from the noise"
