The Cerulean loft can sleep up to 4 guests, while the open dining and living area has bountiful seating and couch space for hosting friends and family. Fusing the comforts of home with the luxury of a hotel, you can enjoy the loft’s plentiful amenities and open minimalist design while still having a safe place to step away, with the two spacious bedrooms located at opposite ends of the loft for maximum privacy.

Mason Lofts is a 4-story boutique aparthotel conveniently located in West End. It offers the quiet calm of a residential neighborhood while being less than 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Broadway and downtown. Mason Lofts provides the opportunity to live like a local with a service, and mindful luxury of a hotel.
Access instructions to the building will be provided the day before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Access is via smart locks. Guests will be given a code for the common areas and another code for the condo itself.
We do a thorough check of the property before each stay, making sure everything is spotless, stocked, and functioning properly. We respect your space and privacy during your stay, but we're always nearby and ready to help with any questions or concerns (and can be contacted 24/7 in case of emergencies).
West End is a quiet and charming neighborhood, within walking distance to Centennial Park and the Parthenon, bars and restaurants on West End Ave, and Vanderbilt University and Medical Center. And you’ll be a short drive away from Belmont University, the Nashville Opera, Sylvan Park, McCabe Golf Course, and plenty of great local neighborhoods to explore, such as Hillsboro Village, 12 South, and Wedgewood Houston. You can also get to Broadway and downtown Nashville in less than 10 minutes.

★ We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.
Amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. For families traveling with small children, special provisions can be made available upon request (i.e., crib, play mat, high chair). Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.
At checkout, we kindly ask guests to take out the trash, turn off the lights, log out of all streaming accounts, place all dirty dishes into the dishwasher, start a quick wash, and start a load of laundry (dirty towels). Checkout instructions will also be found in a "survival" guide on the TV console, along with our recommendations and everything you need to know about your stay in Nashville.

1) Please note that a pre-checkin link will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. During this process you will need to:
- Sign a rental agreement
- Provide a picture ID
2) This building is pet-free
3) This is a smoke-free environment
4) For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
5) Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
6) Please only use the parking spots that are dedicated to your unit. ~Parking limited to 2 vehicles per apt
7) Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
8) No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
9) For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
10) Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
11) No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
12) Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
13) For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
