Neighbor hood was extremely noisey a car was parked all night blasting music Back yard wasn’t as nice as pictures Was told neighbors would call the cops if they heard any loud noises or saw anyone extra come in. Location wasn’t bad to Uber downtown

Close to everything
This was a good spot to get to downtown easily. A couple of light bulbs were out but the owner was quick to respond so five stars for him! The neighborhood may look a little shady but it was quiet with no issues. It’s an up and coming neighborhood with some good food and coffee places close by - don’t miss out on this deal!

Me and 6 of my friends stayed a night for a birthday party. The house itself was nice but the location was a little sketchy. The worst part of it all was the cleanliness of the house. It was not cleaned very well and we could tell dogs had been there. When we moved a mirror there was a huge pile of hair behind it and we had hair on our socks.

Needs TLC
The house is cute but need some TLC. When we arrived there was caution tape in the bushes and was bit unsettling. The blinds in the house were all torn up so we didnt have the privacy you need espcially at night. The place needs a fresh coat of paint and needs to be cleaned better. The neighboorhood is very sketchy and alot of homeless folks everywhere espically at night, very sad. We were approcached by these folks repeatedly.

There for the Bengals/Titans game
It was clean but needs just a little TLC. There are notes taped to the toilet about jiggling the handle to make it stop running and a drawer in the kitchen that is broken - please don't open. This wasn't the end of the world by no means, we were only staying one night and the place served its purpose. But in my opinion, fixing those things and fresh paint, the place would be even better.

Great visit for the Grand Ole Opry!
Loved this place! Conveniently located near anything we could possibly want to do. Our trip was to go to the Grand Ole Opry to see Tyler Childers, and the drive to it was quick and easy. Great backyard that was easy to access for our elderly dog, and plenty of space for a few more people. I will say if the mosquitoes like you like they do me, and always have, bring some spray along if you’re gonna hang out in the yard. You will definitely want to enjoy it back there! Wyatt was super responsive, and a wonderful host! Would definitely book again!
