This private space is located in a very walkable, hip area of Nashville known as 12 South! Trust us when we say you'll never want to leave for home after you stay here! Start your mornings by walking to Frothy Monkey, Portland Brew, or White Bison for some of Nashville's best, local coffee. Next, get your on brunch at Urban Grub and your mid-afternoon treat at Five Daughters Bakery (that King Kong cronut is the JAM!). Finally, finish off your night by chowing down on some award-winning pizza at Mafioza's! You can also crush your shopping game in 12 South by hitting up Draper James (Reese Witherspoon's store!), checking out White's Mercantile, and perusing all of the amazing high end thrift stores located up and down the 12 South strip.
The Layout:
This rental space is the upstairs area only - a permanent tenant lives downstairs. You'll enter your private space by a set of stairs on the side of the home. Once inside, you'll find yourself in the private living room with an extra closet to store all of your suitcases for your stay! Connected to the living room is the bedroom featuring a queen sized bed along with the full size bathroom. Please note that the bathroom does have a sloped ceiling - see pictures. There is also a queen sized air mattress. Please do remember that this home does not have a kitchen for your use. This home is 100 years old, so the floors will creak. Don't worry a bit! It doesn't bother the downstairs tenant. There is a door separating the first and second floor. The two sections of the home are completely separate, divided by a door, so your rental will be 100% private.
Parking:
There is free street parking right outside of the home.
Getting Around:
It doesn't get any better when it comes to the incredible location of this home! Nestled smack dab between the plethora of 12th South & 8th avenue neighborhood amenities, your choice of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping and more will be right at your fingertips! WALK just a block or two to Five Daughter's Bakery, Jenni's Splendid Ice Creams, and MAFIAoZA's just to name a few. On top of that, you'll only be 5-7 minutes from other desirable Nashville hotspots like The Gulch, Music Row, Hillsboro Village, West End and Downtown Broadway.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
